Nice condo

We enjoyed our first time stay at perdido key. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Great location right on beach!

Over all was great stay. If this room had better mattresses and a couch it would be top of the line. Mostly satisfied with everything else.

Nice unit at Sandy Key

No problems at all just bring your own salt&pepper, laundry and dish soap. None were present.

Sandy Key Weekend

We stayed at Sandy Key because relatives are owners and we went to visit. Property is better than expected, especially after last year's storm. Unit was nice. Only complaint is that beds need upgrade. Mattresses thin and uncomfortable.

Beautiful View! Quiet, clean, and roomy!

This rental is perfect for families with small children or anyone with limited mobility as it is only a few steps from the elevator. Beautiful view of the beach and pool! Property and condo was very clean and quiet. Only complaints are the master mattress is very thin and not overly comfortable and the unit is a keyed unit and one of the two keys we got did not work.

Who wouldn't enjoy the beach!

The view was beautiful and the condo was good, but the carpet in the bedroom I stayed in was so dirty, and the bed was a 5. Also, the air conditioner was so loud and had a water drip sound that drove me crazy while trying to fall asleep. The air conditioner unit was right next to my bedroom. But, the rest of the condo was comfortable, clean and pleasent.

Checking process took 3 hrs, no manager available, 6 calls to Oregon office, upon learning location,

Location key outside shabby laundry, key box lock broken, door open, no key packet for us, no one to call, teenager at laundry called local Mgr who brought us key, another 30 minutes wait, took us to property, no packet of WiFy info etc given. Property was clean and nice! I would like to tell owner of property your local Mgr team, location etc AWFUL! No one called us back beyond assist Mgr to offer apology, comping our Rent etc!!

3 tvs in condo none would work. maintence came said cable fault. put up with it for another day. they brought another tv fixed the problem. next 2in coach roaches around bathroom and front door. called maintence never saw anyone show up. killed wiyh my shoe. bathroom stool stopped up. very inconvient.

Review

The property was in a good location and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The condo floorplan was great. The issues we had were the hide-a-bed couch was in poor condition and was difficult to fold out/in. The bathtub plugs in both bathrooms were broken and laying on the side of the tubs. The paint was peeling in large pieces off the bedroom doors. There was dried mucous on the master bath wall which we reported and were told it would be cleaned, but never was. The pool was closed due to repairs and this was not disclosed to us at the time of the rental agreement. Thankfully, the other pool was in use and was very nice. I think these issues could easily be fixed and overall it is a nice place to stay.
