Older house in Amazing beach front location

Location and view is amazing. Almost to the end of the island, 5 more minutes to Fort Morgan and as beachfront as it gets.

Brief Respite

Took our infant down to dip her toes in the Gulf for the first time. We enjoyed the privacy afforded to our family at that end of the island. Sand and surf right outside the front door. Who could ask for more?

Good house need some TLC close to beach need more towels in bathroom an garbage bag had to go get more we had great time at home and beach.

Overall, this was a great vacation. The property was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach. The WiFi did not work when we arrived and the property manager had someone out the next morning (on a Sunday!) to fix it.

Girl's vacay at Dolphin View

The beach home was beautiful, exactly as shown in the pictures. There are about 4 vacant lots on the right side of the home so there was no activity on that side and provided extra solitude. We practically had the beach to ourselves. We want to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend this to those who want a quiet vacation on the beach.

Oasis on the beach

Very nice design living room and master BR overlooking the beach. Well furnished and comfortable beds. This house just listed for sale at $1.95M. Plumbing drains are on their last leg and foundation sank on SE corner but house is still functional. Recently tastefully painted and trimmed in common areas. Really enjoyed the stay. .

Perfect stay!

This property was amazing! The views were superb!!! It was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and quite clean. It was a little difficult to get in touch with anyone before we arrived, slow to no responses but once we arrived they were quite accessible. There was a problem with plumbing and sewage and they responded immediately and sent someone out. I have already recommended this property to friends and will plan a second stay in the future!

Love at first sight

I have always wanted to stay at Dolphin View in Ft Morgan but wasn't sure since we've only been to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. However, it was Love at first sight. Our family had an amazing time also. The rooms were so nicely decorated and clean. Big Kitchen with stove top range and plenty of dishes, utensils and glasses! The beach was close and beautiful! We throughly enjoyed our week at Dolphin View so y'all keep up the good work! Thank you The Wray Family

Great location

This was a great location and great size for six adults as we each had our own room and bath. Home was very dirty. Cabinets are white and it’s obviously been awhile since they have been cleaned. Wi-Fi did not work, which was okay for us but most may have a problem with that. I would for sure stay here again with hopes someone gets in and does a deep clean.

Best trip and stay EVER

Family stay during spring break 2023. We absolutely loved this house. It was exactly as pictured. Spectacular views, clean home, most amazing beach with shells and white sand. Perfect spot for a family as it was private and not near any partying spring breakers. We hope to be back next year. There's a room on the lower floor with beach chairs and toys. We left five boogie boards for guests to use! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would have liked to take the master bed with us, :)

Grwat time at Dauphin View

Dauphin View is an amazing house with the absolute most beautiful views of the beach and water. The sands are seep and white and only steps from the water. The online description is spot on. The house is mostly clean and needs a few touch ups on the paint but really a great house. My grandsons had a blast running from room to room chasing each other and begged every morning to go down to the water. The outside shower was perfect. My family had a great time.

Great place but


The house and location was fantastic! However, cleaning could have been better. Had cleaning crew actually vacuumed properly they would have found the loaded 38 pistol under upstairs bedroom chair. We had two very curious children there. Thankfully it was one of the adults that found it. Local sheriff came and picked it up.
