À propos de cet hébergement

Spacious condo with balcony and shared pools and tennis, on-site golfing

Summary:

Plantation East #3121

The Space:

Come relax on the beach and enjoy beautiful Fort Morgan, you'll be in the center of fun.

Perhaps the most popular amenity is the sugar-white-sand beach accessible via an elevated boardwalk. Bring a beach umbrella and cooler, or rent a couple of lounge chairs with an umbrella. They're perfect for enjoying the sun while being able to take a break from the rays as needed.

This two bedroom condo is perfect for a couple or a family traveling with children.

You'll love the coastal cuteness of the furnishings at your fully equipped, vacation-ready condo, which includes your own private balcony, where your view will be of the Gulf of America and nearby pools. Wake up and slide open the glass doors to the balcony for a quiet cup of coffee before starting the day's fun with family and friends. Watch the sunset in the evening, or just put your feet up and relax any time of day or night.

Golfers will enjoy the proximity of the open-to-the-public, links-style Kiva Dunes Golf Course, which is right next door. The course has been described as 'very natural, with lots of exposed sand and gnarly scrub oak,' and blends par threes, par fours and par fives. A signature hole is the ninth, where golfers must hit the ball over 150 yards of water.

Those who choose this condo for vacation will find there's never a dull moment. Whether you enjoy the on-site amenities, play a round of golf at the adjacent Kiva Dunes Golf Course, hit the beach or pool, or explore nearby historic Fort Morgan and Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, you'll find yourself in the middle of fun.

This resort is a family favorite of ours it has everything we need for a great vacation. The company that manages the condo was great to work with they handled any issue that came up very quickly. The condo itself needs some updating, the appliances are not in good shape at all (mainly the stove), and the furniture could stand some updates it was pretty worn. Overall it was a good trip, we would book with this company again.

Gulf Shores in February

This is our first time to visit Gulf Shores in February and as empty nesters. We had such an enjoyable stay. Couldn't ask for better weather. Couldn't ask for nicer/helpful staff and security. We are already talking about next February and staying longer. Thank you!

Cute place!

The room is cute! It could have been cleaner! The bedding was worn and the comforter wasn’t washed, but there was only a sheet for cover on the beds (luckily I brought my own) Chairs on the porch were broken. We did love the kitchen!! Overall I will give it 4 stars because it’s things that can be easily fixed!

Mardi Gras 2020

We had a wonderful stay at Gulf Shores the unit was accommodating for two couples. It was further than expected from Mobile, as we were participating in a couple days of Mardi Gras events there. The unit had everything that you needed as far as appliances and cooking amenities some things that I did notice were that it could have been cleaned a little better The unit was dusty, but overall fairly clean. I would definitely look into upgrading the TVs in the unit both bedrooms and the living room area as well as upgrading the toilet units, but overall it was a pleasant experience. I would probably rent from them again and I would give it an overall rating of good.

We plan to book again!!

The only real thing that bothered us was when we were trying to take our items out to our vehicle we wanted to go back in and look over and start dish washer..this was at 10. Well we couldn't open door all the way because they were in there cleaning already!!!!! Check out is at 11.. we just walked out to take our stuff and they were already in there. So I thought that was a bit rude..what if we still had items in there?? Or needed to use the bathroom..and so on?? Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!
