The Space:

This lovely home is right across the road from the beach, perfect for your family's next vacation. Inside, the open-concept living area is bright and spacious, dressed in attractive furniture, beautiful floors, an overhead ceiling fan, and beachy décor. The full kitchen has plenty of space and stainless steel appliances to help you prepare a delightful meal for everyone to enjoy, which you can take out to the private balcony to dine al-fresco in the salty sea air. When you're not exploring the beach or enjoying a fun-filled hike, splash around in the private saltwater pool then stretch out on the patio to soak in the sun with a good novel. The outdoor shower will spritz away the beach sand after your morning walks and the private washer/dryer will keep everyone's clothes nice and clean during your stay. Don't forget to use the central AC to cool everything down on those hot summer evenings! When it's time to call it a night, you'll have five well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of.

There was only one row of houses between us and the beach. It is a beautiful home, and easy access to lots of restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.

Leo's Retreat

Great location. Close to beach. Home had plenty of space for our 6 adults and 5 children under the age of 6.Living room seating is limited to 6 adults. Pool size was not an issue with our group, however, could be tight with a group of adults.

Great location and lots of room. Able to see Gulf from porch and small walk to beach. Lacking in details such as only 6 coffee cups( many with chips on them) yet place sleeps 12. 2 of 3 Hair dryers didn’t work, lack of extra blankets. 2 broken pool chairs. Kitchen table needs serious attention. Very “sticky” trouble picking up cards when playing games. While these are all minor things, they really should be addressed.

Beautiful Home!

This was the second year our Conference Speaker Team reserved this home. Just like before, it was beautiful and perfectly fit our needs. Would return in the future!

The house wasn’t cleaned, the cleaning lady was still there when we got there and I think she was in a hurry to get out. The house wasn’t stocked well for 13 people, there was 2 kitchen towels, no dish clothes. There were 3 steak knives which wasn’t easy the night we had steaks. Couple kitchen chairs were broken but nothing we couldn’t use. The mattresses snd pillows were stained up pretty bad. Just not a clean rental at. The layout of house was good. We loved the pool as no how close to the beach. All in all for the price I was satisfied snd would think about staying there again.

Beautiful, spacious and well stocked!

For once, what you see is what you really get. The condo is beautiful!!!! It's nicely decorated and all sitting areas/beds are super comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with several kinds of pots,pans,dishes. The separate ice maker was a huge hit! We are big coffee drinkers and appreciated the flexibility to make single cups (kcups), or a carafe of coffee. The pool is beautifully lit up at night with various colors. The property is well cared for and you can clearly see that a lot of thought and consideration was put into the condo. Beach access is not far at all, about a 3minute walk. I had a couple of questions during our stay and was provided answers quickly. We made wonderful memories here and hope to one day be back!

Our check in and communications with Vacasa were satisfactory. The home was clean and in a perfect location to access the beach. If you are driving from home you should bring beach towels, beach chairs, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods. We flew in, so we had to make an expensive stop for all these items and food (not even salt and pepper was stocked in kitchen). The pool was disappointing - compared to the spotless sparkly pools to the left and right, our was not clean and the umbrella over the pool was broken for some time and not replaced. The light fixtures over the kitchen island were very dusty. When we arrived, there were 2 men fixing the trundle bed in the bunk room. There were no sheets to be found for 2 of the beds we really needed. We stay at 2-3 VRBO's a year and most of the homes are so welcoming and supplied with items to make you feel special. Although, this home worked out for us, I wish I would have looked around more before booking this home.

Beautiful Place, Close to beach

The house is amazing. It was just the right size for our large group with a wide age range. We were just minutes from the beach and the pool was perfect when we were tired of the sand. We did have a little problem getting into the house due to the code not working and had to wait about 10 minutes before that was fixed. Wasn't bad just disappointing when you have been driving all day and pay a lot of money for a place and want to get in as soon as you arrive. A few other things that could have been fixed was the umbrella by the pool. It was broken upon our arrival and would have been nice to use the shade while at the pool. And lastly, the sheets for the king beds don't fit. A little odd to wake up with the fitted sheet all bunched up under you and you are sleeping directly on the mattress pad. Over all this place was AMAZING and I would highly recommend to anyone. When we visit the Gulf Shores area again we will definitely see if its available.
