This coastal gem has been recently updated with new paint throughout and brand-new mattresses (except the bunk bedroom). Enjoy travertine tiled decks on each of the two levels where you can watch gorgeous Alabama sunrises, a lovely patio off the master bedroom, and a truly beautiful interior living space - all within steps of the beach!

This beachfront home sits one mile west of the center of Gulf Shores, placing you within walking distance of an assortment of shops and restaurants. When you're not swimming or sunbathing on the beach, you'll find Waterville USA just over two miles east, serene Gulf State Park three miles east, The Wharf at Orange Beach eight miles northeast, and such local dining favorites as Kitty's Kafe, Woodside Restaurant, and Big Wave Dave's within an easy drive.

Family vacatio

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. We could just walk down to the beach. It was perfect.

There were plenty of kitchen utensils. But the kitchen was very short on baking pans and large cookware. There were no large pots or baking pans. It seems like someone would have thought a 7 bedroom house with need some large cookware for the families that come to stay there.

The house was just the right size for the 9 people in our family. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple/individual. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. A couple extra kitchen towels and dishrags would be nice since we stayed 5 nights and did a lot of dishes. The internet did have issues, but we were warned ahead that this may happen. Eventually, we got it to work. Access to the beach was nice and the deck got a lot of use during our stay.

Nice Place on the Beach

The house is large with a great outdoor deck off the living area that we used every day. The deck furniture is very nice also. Sunrise and sunset views were beautiful.

On the beach!

This is directly on the beach. Can`t ask for closer to the beach than this. You can easily walk back and forth to get your drinks or food and come back. Excellent pricing for this type of value.

Great place. Fantastic rooms and layout. Only one complaint and its really just a comment, the grill is terrible and some hot pads would be appreciated. Otherwise ihigh marks across the board.

Excellent place to stay. A family vacation with 16 people, enough room and having all the bathrooms was beneficial. Beach was absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend. We did have to purchase some kitchen hand towels and dish cloths. Also brought our own extra silverware as there would not have been enough.

Perfect view

We enjoyed all of our meals on the back porch. The view was amazing. We also enjoyed being steps away from the Gulf. The carpet has seen better days. Also, the siding from the house next door was peeling off, flapping in the wind, and blowing onto this property. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing stay.

Wonderful house and Location

House really was nice and you can’t beat the view and location. However, we never did get the two non-working toilets upstairs to work unless manually flushed with the tank lid off even tho it was reported on Monday and Wednesday of our start

Just Beachy

This home was perfect for our annual family vacation. 16 of us ages 8 months-65 years old had a blast. The home is exactly as listed and large and beautiful. And the beach is right there. No need to tow things back and fourth. We set up in the morning and went back and fourth with ease. Communication with the property manager was amazing.
