The Space:

Located on Little Lagoon, just a short walk from the beach, this condo is the perfect getaway destination for a family with kids or a couple looking to take a break from the hustle of everyday life. Cook up some fresh seafood in your full kitchen, then relax on the balcony and listen to the seagulls as the sun sets over the horizon. There is room for the kids on the sofa bed, and the main bedroom features a queen bed. After a day spent sampling everything Gulf Shores has to offer, relax in the shared complex pool or spend some time stargazing on the pier.

Nice quite location, house was clean and check in and check out went smoothly. Very short walk to the beach. Would stay here again if we decide to visit the area again!

I understand this is an older property, and that has never been an issue for me. I’ve stayed here for well over a decade and have always enjoyed it, & always sad to leave. But not this time. * The online photos didn’t accurately reflect the interior. While disappointing, that wasn’t my biggest concern.* The living room TV never worked with the provided login. I reported it on Friday, but it still wasn’t resolved when I checked out on Wednesday.* I brought my own Roku, but with all the existing devices plugged in, I could only use it on the bedroom TV.* The mattress was extremely soft, had very little support, and sagged no matter where I slept. It was uncomfortable enough that I eventually gave up and slept on the couch.* A motion-sensor light outside the bedroom window shined directly into the room throughout the night, making it even harder to sleep.* There were dozens of small ants on the bathroom floor when I arrived.* After only a short time walking barefoot the first evening, the bottoms of my feet were black from dirt. I wore socks for the rest of my stay.* Beyond the dated décor, which I could overlook, the overall condition and cleanliness were disappointing. I’ve stayed in several other condos on this property that have been renovated, so this unit fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect.I give this stay a 6/10

Clean decent place with beach access just a short walk across the street. They have a coffee pot but no filters. I liked the affordability of the place with a bedroom and a fold out couch and 1 and a half bathrooms. The communication with what seemed liked automated responses was not the best. It was unclear what constituted the parking pass. Also they did not have an informational binder or folder available. It would have been nice to have like a little folder or binder with all information about the place and additional recommendations for places in town. The view was of little lagoon, still pretty but not the gulf. They did have a pier out to little lagoon you could fish off of, and hang out with a small beach in front on the lagoon. That little spot was nice. The location is further from shops and food than many condos, which was fine for us we were happy to be in a less crowded and quiet area.
