GREAT PLACE FOR A RETREAT

Our group was there for a work retreat as well as a fun time and the space was perfect for both objectives.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. A new door code was promptly provided. The codes are auto-generated, and the system was working properly during the pre-arrival inspection, so we’re unsure why the original code did not function. The pool light switch is located in the parking area under the house. We did not receive any report about this during your stay. Given the freezing temperatures (in the 30s), we assumed the pool was not being used, but we’re always happy to assist if contacted. We also were not notified of any heating concerns. The heat was confirmed working during inspection before arrival and again shortly after. We had reached out regarding freeze preparation and remained available if anything was needed. We appreciate your feedback and wish we had been informed during your stay so we could have addressed these items right away.

Vacation Stay

We stayed here with a large group and it was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms and the main common area was really big which was nice for everyone to be able to hang out and not feel crowded. The outdoor deck was very good size as well! Over all a wonderful place.

Very, very beautiful home!

What a luxurious stay right by the beach. We loved the very open and spacious common areas, it allowed for some really great time together cooking, and eating, and playing games. The pool deck was also a wonderful place to gather and what gorgeous views of the ocean! We loved being able to walk right outside to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Collegiate Swimming Training Trip

This was the perfect place for our swim team— makes and one house and females in the other with coaching staff in each. Despite the unusually cold weather, the team still spend each day on the beach. Wonderful location and plenty of space.

The house was very nice with beautiful views & great beach access. A few items in the house were broken, but nothing we needed .. the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The house is huge & very roomy. Overall a great week.

Awesome vacation rental!!

Great house! Good for a large group. Wish the pool was heated or even a hot tub. Need a full length mirror in house. Loved the kitchen for our big group. It was nice to have two table areas for game playing. We were an older group so an elevator would have helped us out!!

Beautiful New Construction

The home is beautiful new construction and right on the beach. It’s very spacious and has more than enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready at the same time. Having your own pool, gives a cooler option if it’s a hot day on the beach. It still looks over the beach so you don’t feel like you’re missing out on the waves!

Great time!

We had a great stay! Like other reviewers said, make sure to get the basics since the house is pretty bare as is. No salt, pepper, 1 trash bag, 1 dish tab, etc. Not a big deal but helpful to know ahead of time.

Great location and home

Communication with Vacasa (property management) pre trip was slow and difficult, though good with local manager once on property. The house has been enjoyed by many for good reasons, but it is showing that it hasn't been given a break for some general maintenance, repairs, updates and deeper cleaning for awhile.

Great House

The house was great and very spacious to fit all 22 of us. It was clean and well accommodated. The pool is smaller then anticipated but was very clean. One of the bed frames from the upstairs bedroom was broken and the bathrooms facing the hotel need curtains! There was no privacy since they can see inside. So I would pay attention to that. The house also had plenty of beach toys/chairs. Our stay overall was great and we had an amazing time.
