Very quiet, remote, away from the world, yet minutes from stores and restaurants, very attentive hosts. Great communication. Will definitely book again! Pet friendly too!!

This information is disclosed in the listing description and can also be seen in the listing photos, allowing guests to make an informed decision before booking. The apartment is accessible by a driveway that leads directly to the entrance. Guests also have the option to park near the front steps and use the walkway if they prefer. Amy was more than accommodating during our stay as there were a few issues with the unit. After the fridge went out we were provided with a mini fridge to accommodate our groceries. We were staying for a week so we had a few. Cooking utensils are limited, so plan accordingly. We had a unique stay and some unfortunate incidents none of which were the fault or the host. She did her best to make us comfortable.

The area is off-putting with cars on bricks and a lot of broken trash sitting around. The home was large enough for what we needed and pet friendly, but there were many issues. The sliding door to the balcony was duck taped in, the screen on the door did not fit and fell upon opening it. The fridge and freezer turned on but was not cold which caused us to need ice and coolers to keep our food safe. It was also moldy, dirty and smelly.The a/c units were filthy and did not cool the apartment which we then needed to buy fans because it was over 90 degrees inside. The change filter indicator was on for both units. The table in the living room was wobbly and legs were crooked, we were nervous our 2 year old would get hurt on this. While the host did provide furniture covers for our dogs, there really was not a good area on site for pets. The bathtub could not be used for bath as the faucet was not fully attached to the wall and the plug did not work. Water pressure was awful. Many wall hooks were not securely attached. Kitchen pans were burnt and unusable. The property has potential but needs new appliances and updates. Tv in the bedroom did not work as cord wasn’t long enough to reach outlet. I appreciated the toys, games and books. Beds were comfortable enough and there was plenty of space, but no working fridge or a/c was huge downside.

This property has clean and rustic. Window air conditioners, but worked effectively to more than cool the whole unit. Bathroom is big and was very clean. Secluded, remote and quiet. Good price the stay. Communication was excellent and check-in and check-out was easy and painless.
