The Residence is a complex of holiday homes located in the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, in Puglia, 350 meters from the central promenade.

All units are air conditioned and include a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. All units have an independent outdoor area reserved for the apartment with garden table and chairs. There is a kitchenette with a fridge and gas stove. Each unit has a private bathroom

The apartments are new, large and spacious, have sea views and are in a very convenient position as they are 300 meters from the sea and at the same time a few meters from the exit from Leuca to reach other places of Salento. In periods of high turnout in summer this is above all an advantage to be able to move without loss of time and traffic.

In 5 minutes you can walk to the many beaches and equip them with sunbeds and umbrellas, entertainment and restaurants. The marina is 500 meters away. From there boats depart for guided tours to the caves, disco-boats, cocktails, diving. Gallipoli is 43 km, 41 km there is Otranto and 65 km the beautiful Lecce, the capital of the Baroque. Nearby the beaches of Pescoluse (10 km) are very nice to visit, the bridge of Ciolo (5 km), Marina Serra (15 km). We organize free guided tours at the Piana del Lentisco oil mill in Gagliano del Capo (5 km) with guided tasting of organic extra virgin olive oil.

The three-room apartment is located on the ground floor and has an internal surface of 70 square meters.

The apartment is divided as follows: at the entrance there is a living room with an ikea sofa that can be opened to become a double bed 155 cm x 200 cm (so the number of beds can reach 6), an LCD TV, kitchenette equipped with crockery, with gas stove and fridge. Beyond the living area, the hallway leads into the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that can also become a double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower. In total in the house there are two air conditioners, one in the living area and one in the sleeping area.

The apartment outside has a garden of about 70 square meters where you can use one of the several charcoal barbecue available. There is a table with garden chairs, a stack and the possibility to park the car. Inside the residence there is a laundry available for guests and is free to use.
