The Space:

This ground-floor one-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bedroom, queen sofa bed, and a separate alcove with twin bunk beds. The double bed is fitted with a St. Regis mattress (the same Simmons-built bed used in St. Regis hotels) and Centium Satin sheets, a smooth 65/35 cotton-poly sateen used across five-star hospitality. Enjoy the convenience of a private back patio with no stairs, a full kitchen, ceiling fans throughout, a humidifier in the bedroom, and one full bathroom. Please note there is no dishwasher. Coin-operated laundry is available in the building.



Guest Access:

Full private unit, keypad entry. Shared saltwater pool (summer seasonal) and year-round hot tub — gate code provided at check-in. One parking space in the building lot. Coin-operated laundry inside the main building entrance on the left.



The Neighborhood:

Telluride is a 10-block Victorian mining town at the end of a box canyon — a National Historic Landmark with Colorado Avenue running through the middle. Restaurants, trails, and the free gondola to Mountain Village are all walkable. The town festival calendar (Bluegrass, Film, Jazz, and more) is one of the best in the mountain west, with most events happening in the park at the east end of Main Street.



Getting Around:

200 yards to Coonskin Lift (Lift 7). Three blocks to the free gondola. Clark's Market is nearby. Everything in Telluride is walkable from here - shops, restaurants, trails, and festival grounds all within easy reach.



Other Things to Note:

· No dishwasher or in-unit washing machine - coin laundry is in the building.

· No air conditioning; ceiling fans provided. Telluride summers are mild at altitude.

· One parking space per booking. Extra cars cannot use the building lot and may be towed.

· Animals welcome. $175 sanitation fee. Advance payment. No animals on furniture or beds.
