Very cozy clean and very nice surroundingsIt was a challenge finding it the first night but wasnt the next time!! My first visit to Trap Hill !! I would recommend for a weekend stay! Nice winery good food too.

Amazing stay and very quiet. The stream running through was amazing and all the outdoor spaces to sit and relax. Very close to Stone Mountain and great wine and food on-site. Make sure to print instructions on how to get in property. We had to drive to get signal to see code but that was our fault. Will definitely return. This was amazing and less that 3 hrs from Raleigh. Quick escape.

Charming cabin. We enjoyed having breakfast on the front porch listening to the river. So peaceful. The property/grounds were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.

Cute little cabin. My daughter and I wanted a close get away for the holiday. We were able to go tubing nearby and had an enjoyable stay.

Very clean and well maintained property, highly suggest arriving before dark because it’s quite difficult to locate based off of the directions given and make sure and load into gps early because no cell service to figure it out once you get close.

Very cute and charming. Everything was very clean and well thought out. Semi- private, as there seems to be special occasions held there and people walk by the cottage. Wifi is spotty at best if that is something you need.

It was a clean and absolutely cute cabin next to a beautiful view of a little river . Its perfect for a get away or a honeymoon stay or just to reset . The cabin was cozy and had everything you needed to cook with . Definitely will go again 1 day.

Great Weekend Getaway

We loved the cozy Serendipity cabin! The cabin had everything we needed and we enjoyed exploring the River and surrounding area.

The cabin is nice first of all. Not great. By all indications I thought it was on the river but it actually is behind a pavilion. You can hear the river on the porch but cannot see it. The grounds were very nice and the winery and staff were excellent. My personal feel was the space was not functional for two people with suitcases. We had to just put them in the limited floor space available. There were used coffee grounds in the coffee maker and coffee still in the pot. The toilet had not been cleaned as there was a ring around the water line. I know the beds were raised to accommodate putting your suitcase under but ours did not fit. I am tall and still had to use the stool to get on the bed. The bed needs to be rotated as you sleep downhill. I saw where someone else had mentioned it and evidently it had not been done. Sticks and stuff fall on the cabin and it’s very loud. I would not stay in this cabin again. There other lodging on the grounds looked great. We asked if we could move and were told they were booked but only one vehicle ever showed up in any of the other rooms in the 2 days we were there.

Secluded cabin

The area was very relaxing and had lots of privacy! Stone Mountain was very close so it was great to go there and then not have to drive so far back to the cabin. Cozy place, loved it.

River Cabin

Excellent location with the river and ponds to fish and Elkin not far away. The onsite wine bar and restaurant were both fantastic. We have stayed on the property before and will be back again.
