CANCELLATION Info......IMPORTANT: Although our policy is listed as "no refund", as we know, life happens and we want to work with guests. As such, if, for any reason, a Guest cancels this Agreement more than one hundred-twenty (120) days from the Arrival Date, Guest will receive a refund of amounts paid, less a $500 processing fee. If the cancellation is requested 120 days (or less than 120 days) from arrival date, all monies are forfeited unless Owner is able to re-rent the Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Owner will refund amounts paid, less a $500.00 processing fee.
