The master bedroom and attached bathroom are on the main level with a king bed and TV.
Full well stocked kitchen and spacious dining area and barstools for visiting with the chef.
Ample seating and a covered back patio with string lights for a nice evening on the patio. Try coffee on the patio and you may be able to see the hot air balloons ascending or even landing close by.

Upstairs hosts 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. 1 with a queen bed and a vanity/desk for your working needs. The other bedroom is a King bed which is attached to the bathroom.

Wolf creek-40 or so minutes depending on the weather
Durango-60 minutes
Rec center-2 mins or a 10 min walk (this is where you must get a fishing permit to fish Pagosa Lakes)
Hiking trails- 15 to 45 mins suggestions will be in the condo
