À distance de marche se trouvent l'Ă©picerie, les restaurants, les cafĂ©s, le terrain de golf, les courts de tennis et le centre de loisirs. Un court trajet panoramique vous amĂšnera au domaine skiable de Wolf Creek (25 minutes) ainsi qu'Ă  plusieurs destinations de randonnĂ©e et de pĂȘche. Vous trouverez Ă©galement Ă  proximitĂ© les cĂ©lĂšbres sources chaudes de Pagosa et le tube / radeau de la magnifique riviĂšre San Juan (10 minutes).

La maison de ville de 3 chambres peut accueillir confortablement 8 en 1 lit king, 1 lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit queen. Les deux salles de bains ont des lavabos doubles avec des vanités en granit ainsi que de nouvelles baignoires / douches. De nouveaux draps ont été fournis partout. La chambre principale qui dispose d'une télévision connectée de 32 pouces avec cùble et salle de bain est située au niveau inférieur avec la cuisine et la salle à manger. Au niveau inférieur se trouve également le salon qui dispose d'un foyer au gaz et d'un nouveau téléviseur LCD 42 pouces avec service de télévision par cùble. WI-FI gratuit est fourni. Les deux chambres supplémentaires et la deuxiÚme salle de bain sont situées au niveau supérieur.

La cuisine complÚte comprend tous les nouveaux appareils Whirlpool et est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux plats, ustensiles de cuisine et ustensiles. CafetiÚre, keurig et grande mijoteuse. De plus, il y a un barbecue sur le patio. Une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur sont situées dans la buanderie également à l'étage inférieur.

This was a fantastic place for my family and me while we skied at Wolf Creek. Very well taken care of. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops. Great view of the mountains! Quite reasonably priced. We'll be returning.

We loved this condo for our stay! We had a great time and exploring, skiing and shopping! It was perfect for us and we loved watching the geese out front on the pond. Will definitely be back!

This condo was lovely! It was just perfect for our family of 6. Everything was really clean, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The location is so close to stores and restaurants. It was great to come back to after skiing at Wolf creek. It was very quiet while we were there. We would absolutely return to this VRBO. Highly recommend!

kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary items to cook meals, and property was in an ideal location! Super clean and spacious for 4 adults and ski slopes were a direct 30 min drive away which was perfect. Price point was also ideal for broke college kids.

Our hosts were very kind and communicated with us from before our stay, to the end! We appreciated their intentionality!The location is amazing! Our stay was absolutely blissful. This property is a wonderful, cozy retreat, perfectly located just outside of Downtown Pagosa Springs. The hosts are very responsive and truly go the extra mile to provide you with plenty of ideas as to how to make your getaway magical. We visited for my wife's birthday, but we can't wait to come back and bring our kids. If you are serious about getting some rest and relaxation while experiencing all that Pagosa Springs and the surrounding areas have to offer, then you have found your place

Such a peaceful location and view from the condo. You get a lake and mountain view all in one. Had everything needed at the condo and the bed (only used one) was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

A beautiful well kept condo with everything stated ascorrect. Well stocked kitchen, comfy, cozy and clean.The condo had breathtaking views of Pagosa Peak and other surrounding mountains.We loved this condo location.We didn't need to communicate with owners for all instructions were clearly stated.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo overlooked a lake and mountains from a lovely deck. Many amenities were available to make it feel like home. I especially appreciated having two sofas and a recliner chair in the living room. It was only 5 min. from downtown Pagosa Springs. Would definitely go back if we get out this way again.

Had a great time! The mornings were so relaxing watching the hot air balloon. The view of the pond with the ducks and geese was very entertaining. It was easy access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed the Mountain View over the lake cove

Nice casual Pagosa townhome in a very good location. Comfortable beds and furnishings throughout. Clean and well maintained. We have rented in the area before and this was the best unit/experience. Especially appreciate the owner/manager making sure we had WiFi. Thank you !

Disappointed

Looking forward to our trip, and after driving all day, we were pretty exhausted when we got there so didn’t notice a lot of things right away. In a couple of sentences, I can say we thought it was misrepresented in VRBO. The next morning, upon waking up, we started to realize how filthy the place was. There was mold in the dishwasher, hair in the drawers in the refrigerator, there were several lights out around the apartment, couple of drawers wouldn’t close as they were broken, the grill was unusable. It was so filthy. The porch was so full of leaves, spider webs, spiders and dirt that it was pretty much unusable. The washing machine was filthy with buildup from detergent and fabric softener. The master bath had mold in it and obviously hadn’t been deep cleaned for a long time. I could go on and on, but basically we felt trapped as it was a holiday week and we had already paid for the stay. Contacting the owners they were very responsive, but lived in Texas so there wasn’t much they could do but get their cleaning person to come in and remedy the situation. When the cleaning person came the following day, she had a bucket in her hand and walked into the kitchen where I told her I had other things that needed attention as well. With attitude, she was immediately short with me, told me she didn’t have to listen to me and stormed out.This is why this was very disappointing and we request a partial refund. Their pictures do not represent the true nature of this condo. Ours do.

The condo was very clean and comfortable with a good amount of gathering space. It’s easy to find and close to various parts of town while still being in a quiet area.

Great location and amenities

We had a great stay at this space. It was plenty of room for our family of 5 and is in a great location. I was a bit surprised that it was a condo as the listing says entire home. There weren’t a great deal of pictures of the actual building. That said, though not what we were expecting, the space was nice. We had pretty much everything needed, but if you are staying for a week, you may want to bring/buy extra paper towels and toilet paper. That was the only thing we ran low on. The front and parking area are super dark at night, and though there are lights, I could not find a way to turn them on. Not a huge issue, but something that would be helpful. Overall the place was fairly clean, though some areas need some attention. We didn’t have to reach out to the host for any reason while there, as they left great instructions for check in and check out. I did reach out before booking and they were quick to respond.we stayed here for a ski trip, so for the most part we were there to sleep and for a few meals, but we did make use of the dvds and watched The Chronicles of Narnia one night.

We went to Pagosa Springs ,Colorado in mid July on vacation. My family fell in the love with this area. Hiking in the San Juan National forest,tubing down the San Juan River,sitting in the pagosa hot springs and shopping in downtown Pagosa! So a week after we got home to Texas we made an offer on this beautiful townhome. Hopefully in the next 10 years or so we will retire to this beautiful area.
