Overall we had a great stay here. Nice clean house, great location. What the pictures are missing the balcony overlooks the backyard of the house next door and their hot tub so when the neighbors are out it can be a bit awkward we didn't spend much time out there. A bonus was there is a dog park for the dogs in the complex as there aren't many walking paths. Plenty of parking if you do bring more than one car.

Clean and great location

House was very clean, just far enough from city center to get into the trees a bit but a very quick drive to everything. Definitely would come back.

Lovely mountain home

Everything about this property was perfect for a remote week in Flagstaff. The kitchen had everything we needed, wifi worked great, they had adequate towels and soaps, it was very clean and all the beds were comfortable. It's decorated nicely too and in a really convenient location.

Excellent property. Very easy check-in and excellent communication from the property manager. Very clean. Had everything we needed, including the kitchen, which is unusual these days. The only criticism would be Hwy and train noise. Keeping the fan on with the HVAC helped this a bit when sleeping.

Great place to stay!

The place was very clean and very cozy. No complaints on that. However, I had issues with the Vacasa verification and had to call to get it re-verified because I received a message saying it didn’t go through and my booking was going to be canceled. Sent me into a panic mode but fortunately the gentleman on the phone with Vacasa was able to help. Another thing, I sent multiple messages via VRBO and they did not get back to me on time. Other than that I’d say the place was great and I’d definitely stay there again!

The property was ok, given that our original rental was cancelled by the owner several weeks prior to our arrival, after having made the reservation a year in advance. we were not notified by email or text and it was a good thing that we happened to check the inbox on the website. We had to scramble to get this reservation, although not in the neighborhood close to Continental Golf Club that we wanted. It took awhile for our dog to get used to climbing and descending the rather steep stairway...but she eventually did well. Otherwise, the property was fine and we had a wonderful time playing golf and getting to know Flagstaff.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our local manager did assist with the upstairs A/C during your stay and provided guidance on keeping the area cooler, and we also confirmed that the property’s amenities, including the absence of TVs in the bedrooms, are accurately reflected in the listing. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to review the property and guest experience to ensure everything is properly maintained and clearly communicated.
