Belle maison à Flagstaff, AZ, sortez de la chaleur et détendez-vous sur le porche de cette maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain de 1500 pieds carrés. Cette maison est dans un grand quartier et entourée de pins. Nous sommes à quelques minutes en voiture du magnifique parc Buffalo. Arizona SnowBowl, le Grand Canyon et Sedona sont des trajets faciles. Pas de climatisation. (Nous sommes à 7000 ft).

Had everything we needed. Easy to get to Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest and Sedona. Easy to drive to downtown. Flagstaff fun little town with lots of great brew pubs and restaurants.

Relaxing Time in Flagstaff

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in a nice, family-friendly neighborhood. The property was very clean! We loved relaxing on the shaded porch and walking the trails around the neighborhood.

Stay in Flagstaff

The home was very nice, safe neighborhood, great walking trails, and having Disney, Hulu, and Netflix was great at night time for movies to watch. The rooms were large and roomie for everyone. The porch was great too to sit out in front.

Great Location, but had trouble contacting the host

This property met our needs and was in a good location for us. The neighborhood is quiet. There were a few minor issues and since we could not get a response from the host, we had to contact VRBO customer service.

Good central location

We ventured from Tonto Natural Bridge, the Grand Canyon, The Petrified forest, Slide Rock to Sedona. Easy access to the highway, grocery stores, and shops. We even cruised around the Northern Arizona University campus because it was so close. The house itself was great and exactly as pictured. We made many happy memories :D.

The stay was okay. Worst part was the bed in the master bedroom. Needs to be replaced. My wife is small and even she complained that she was sleeping in a hole. I didn’t sleep well for two nights. We did have a power outage while there which is out of the owners control, but we didn’t have their phone number so we couldn’t get a hold of them until the next day. There were no flashlights in the house so that was kind of a pain. House is clean and looks as advertised. Location is decent except Flagstaff has a ton of construction going on.

Nice place, poor communication

Nice house, nice area and conveniently located; however poor communication. Our first night was supposed to be the 20th however we didn’t receive house information until the 21st, so we paid for and lost a day/night. Because we didn’t receive this information or any type of notification from the owner, I thought we didn’t secure the house, so I scrambled the night before and spent over 3k for hotel rooms. Then I receive the email notice from the homeowner. So we stayed a night at the hotel, paid for a night at the homeowner’s house then the next afternoon I receive an email from the owner telling me the code to the house and other info. I asked for a refund on the night and he said I have to speak with the management company. Really. Wow

We personally refunded the Guest for the night where he was unable to rent. It was an honest mistake and yes we missed sending the door code, however we were never contacted by the Guest to request the code at the time of the visit. Once we realized we had missed it, we sent the code right away.

Lovely home in a quiet, but close to everything neighborhood.

We needed a place to escape the Phoenix, AZ excessive heat wave and train in cooler temps. for upcoming cycling events. This newer single level home, 3 bedrooms/2 baths, has cathedral ceilings in the main living area, large master suite with walk in closet, great kitchen, and a fabulous wrap around porch on the front for relaxing summer nights, with almost always a cool breeze among this forested neighborhood. Urban trail accessible near the property and also Lake Mary Road right down the street, perfect for cycling or running. Internet was reliable and strong enough for working remotely. Beds were comfy. The decor is a calm mountain cabin theme. TV's were large and had all modern attributes, but we did not even use them!!! We have been to Flagstaff several times, so something new that we really enjoyed was the Sunset Gondola Ride and dinner and Snow Bowl. We are avid cyclists, and chose this property mainly for the close proximity to Lake Mary Road. However, the property was more than we expected. So much better than a hotel room, like we have done before. We hope it will be available when we return.

Property was perfect for our family of 5 and located in the absolute best area of Flagstaff to get around. Quick access to the interstate, Route 66, close to the NAU campus, old downtown, and absolutely ideal for a stay while visiting the Grand Canyon or Sedona. Kitchen had everything needed to make a meal from scratch, the backyard was beautiful, and the front porch was a great place to relax. We visited in late June and were worried about not having AC but the host recommended opening the windows after the sun went down. Sure enough, with fans running it was as cool as we wanted it to be. It actually got down into the 50’s at night (outside) and no warmer than the 80’s during the day. Would definitely recommend this property and the host!

My wife and I currently live in Gilbert, AZ, we moved to Arizona in 2014 from Wyoming with all 5 of our kids ( one was married at the time ). Now both of our oldest are married and live in Gilbert, our youngest son went to College at NAU in Flagstaff and currently our twin daughters are going to College at NAU in Flagstaff.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We originally purchased the house for our son to live in while going to school in Flagstaff but when Covid hit and his school became remote he moved home and we decided to use the house as a Short Term Rental. We now use the house personally to visit our kids that currently in school and as a weekend getaway from the summer heat of Gilbert.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house is located in a really nice quiet neighborhood and is completely shaded by tall pine tree's. The house stays nice and cool in the summertime and the front porch is one of the best features which makes a great place to be on cool summer nights. We have a 48amp(11.5kW) Tesla Charger that is free to use for guests, you can easily charge your Tesla overnight and be ready to go the next morning. There are many walk paths all through the subdivision which makes it nice to go on walks right from the front door. The house is only 1.5hrs from the Grand Canyon South Rim and only 1hr from Sedona, AZ which makes it a great location for Day Trips to these places. Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort is in Flagstaff and only 26 miles from the house.
