My only issue was the unit could use more pots and pans bigger size as well. I feel like a 3-4 bedroom unit should expect groups of people and plan accordingly. But other than that great location great views. Will stay again

The place was large, plenty of space, and all that we needed. Access from the parking lot was nice because of minimal stairs. Both balconies were not usable with the amount of spiders, and that’s one of our main requirements for our stay and why we book a lake view. There were eggs and old webs everywhere, but many spiders of all shapes and sizes were dropping as we sat there. When the sun started setting it was impossible to stay out there. Huge spiders all over the doors and windows. I bought spray, used the broom to clean all the nests, and it didn’t help. Host was responsive and really seemed like a nice person. I hope they can fix this deal breaker to work a little better for the next guests.

Property was perfect for my family. The pool is a short walk from the condo. Communication with the host was easy and always responded promptly.

The property is great, a ton of space! The kitchen had minimal silverware and only gave us 2 trash bags. The decks had great views but we could not sit out there due to all the spiders and bugs. They were not very clean and my husband got bit by spiders multiple times. The Ledges itself offers great pools and beach access!

We're thrilled you loved the spacious layout and the fantastic views from the decks, plus the excellent pools and beach access the community offers. We apologize for the issues with the trash bags — we stock the essential supplies for a night or two. Regarding the spiders and bugs on the decks, that's unfortunately common around the lake this time of year. Our team does regular treatments and cleanings, but we'll increase the frequency and add extra sweeping/wiping of the decks to help keep them more guest-ready. Sorry your husband got bitten — we hate that that impacted your enjoyment of the outdoor space. Your comments are very helpful and we'll act on them right away to improve the experience for future guests. We'd love to host you again and make it perfect next time — feel free to reach out directly anytime!
