Quiet and cozy.

The condo was very quiet, clean and comfortable. It was nice that the bedrooms were separated by the living area. Beds were perfect. The patio out back was really cute, but it didn't get much sun this time of year. Sunsets were nice though and we did have 4 deer come right up for a visit. Pool area was very close by and awesome. There was only one small issue: The guest bath is in need of a new shower head, but other than that, it was great.

Absolutely Stunning!

Loved our stay in this wonderfully decorated condo. Close to the pool and wonderful views off the back patio. Enjoyed seeing the variety of wildlife sitting out back with my coffee in the mornings. We will definitely book again.

Really great vacation spot!

This is the second time we have rented a unit in this complex. It was great again. Really clean and comfortable. ground floor patio looking into the open space with great privacy. Very quiet area. Everything was first class.

The scenic desert view drive to the condo was absolutely peaceful. The sunset off the back patio was priceless! This condo has plenty of room you will not be disappointed. Great area to hike in and the warm pool ended the day delightful.

Great place (nosey neighbor)

I would rate the place itself 5 stars. The place is set in a picture perfect area. The condo is updated and clean. Plenty of dishes to cook with and the hot tub and pool is wonderful!! The next door neighbor decided she could let us know about “rules” in the neighborhood by walking to our back door which we had ajar to knock and yell “Hello” into it. I would not be offended if she would have come to the front door and knocked on it to let us know.

Updated and Good Location

This casita had everything our group of four needed for our week long stay. Plenty of towels, linens and a peaceful backyard patio where we watched the birds and bunnies frolick every morning. It's close to the community pool and spa, which was open and in good shape. While we didn't have views of the Catalina mountains out the back patio, it was still a view looking at nature. The gas grills and gas firepit in the community pool area were high end, and the master suite featured a walk in closet. We would rent this out again!

Delightful stay at Casita #138

We had a great stay at this place. It was plenty spacious for just us two, and a family of 4 could easily stay there as well. Older folks (like us) living there made it quiet and peaceful at night. Public hot tub and outdoor grill were great as well. Excellent location, short drive to several golf courses. Kitchen was well equipped, and the bathrooms were very good. Place was clean, not perfectly so, but quite clean. Plentiful parking. We recommend it highly, and will likely stay there again some day.

Peaceful two bedroom condo, well equipped, well designed interior. The location is a little out of the Tucson action.

The property was as expected in many ways. The downside is that it is a downstairs unit and you can hear everything that goes on above you, walking, showering. The walls even shake a bit. You can hear the air conditioner/and heater go off and on at next door. Just not well built structure. Other than that, we enjoyed access to walking paths, and hiking were lovely. Also the Mgmt company decided to take away all pool chairs and lounge so if you wanted to go be socially distanced and use the pool, had to lay on the concrete which was very disappointing. Mattress in 2nd bedroom needs replacement. Otherwise we had a nice time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a well-managed property. We had some minor complaints about the poor quality of microwave and dishwasher but that did not affect our overall satisfaction with the stay.

Very clean. Very comfortable beds ( only queens tho). Nice new flooring. Quiet surroundings. AC worked great, thank goodness bc it was over 100 every day! Management was very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Unit #138 was occupied by members of our family from Rochester, Mn and Atlanta, Ga. They were very impressed with the coziness and DĂ©cor of the unit and strongly recommend it to other vacationers. The heated pool, hot tub and exercise facility nicely added to the quality of the complex and the beauty of it's location in Oro Valley. An excellent place to spend vacation time.
