NO LOUD PARTIES OR EVENTS, the house is located in a family condominium, if you plan to party hard please rent somewhere else as heavy condominium fines apply and we would have to deduct them from the security deposit.

House maids are mandatory and charge 100.000 pesos (U$ 26) per day. There will be one maid if your group is smaller than 8 people, and 2 if it is larger. They will pamper you, clean and cook. Let them surprise your tastes with a hearty typical Colombian lunch or ask them to buy fresh exotic tropical fruits at the local market!.

Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.
