Perfect location, Tucked away in one of the most desirable areas of Gold Canyon and surrounded by majestic saguaro cactus and natural desert landscape.
This home offers 4 bedrooms total, 4 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms & 3 baths are in the main house, and there is also a one bedroom casita with its own bathroom and its own private entrance. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and sitting area, with a large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The other 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. In addition to sleeping 8 people, there is also a roll-away bed available (suitable for a child or small adult).
Washer & dryer are available for guests to use.
There is a large formal dining room with seating for 8, and a dinette off of the kitchen with seating for 4 and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 4 more.
The gourmet kitchen is a perfect place to whip up a delicious meal, complete with 5 burner gas cooktop, oven and microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and tons of counter space!
Basic kitchen essentials provided; pots/pans, dishes etc. A Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker and an espresso machine also provided, with a startup supply of k-cups, sugar packets and creamers.

The living room is spacious and open to the kitchen. Perfect for families!
In addition to the living room, there is a cozy den for you to relax and enjoy, with comfy sofas, a TV and several board games to choose from.
Outdoor area is very inviting, There is a large area of artificial grass, a golf putting pad, corn-hole, built in BBQ, refrigerator and sink. There is plenty of seating for everyone and many places to relax and enjoy the sound of birds chirping.
The pool/swim-spa is so much fun! You can sit and relax with the massage jets or use the swim mode and swim against the current, it is 18 ft in length; it can be heated at no extra cost. There is golfing, restaurants and great hiking trails nearby.

We do not allow loud PARTIES at this property; this is a quiet/peaceful neighborhood not intended for loud parties/events. SMOKING is not allowed at this property.
PETS are not allowed on the property.
There is parking directly on the property (driveway parking) that can accommodate several vehicles.
