Belle maison privée Gold Canyon

Notre maison est située dans un quartier très calme de plus belles maisons sur de grands terrains. Bien que n'étant pas une communauté fermée, il a ce look et la sensation que tout est très bien entretenu. Notre maison se trouve sur 2/3 acres avec un mur de la vie privée. l'extérieur de la maison est de style adobe et dispose d'aménagement paysager du désert à l'avant et de nombreux palmiers, oranger, tilleul et autres palmiers à l'arrière entourant la piscine non chauffée. Du patio orienté vers le sud, vous pouvez profiter des magnifiques levers du soleil du matin et des couchers de soleil du soir

La maison elle-même est d'environ 2600 pieds carrés et a été construite en 2010. Les planchers intérieurs sont principalement carrelés avec des mises à niveau de plancher de bois dans les deux chambres d'appoint. La chambre principale est tapissée. L'intérieur de la maison est décoré dans un mélange de sud-ouest et contemporain. Une grande porte d'entrée surdimensionnée en bois vous permet d'accéder à une spacieuse salle familiale / salle à manger / cuisine ouverte. Sectionnel en cuir confortable et un grand téléviseur LCD sont présentés ici. Un ventilateur de plafond déplace bien l'air et il y a beaucoup d'éclairage ambiant. Il y a une tanière pour se détendre dans la salle familiale. Une baignoire profonde et douche séparée sont en vedette dans le maître avec un mobilier confortable et une grande télévision LCD. Une grande promenade dans le placard est également situé ici. Dans l'autre aile de la maison sont deux chambres séparées avec lits queen et un joli mobilier. Dans l'ensemble, une maison habitable très confortable pour des séjours courts ou longs. Grand garage abrite une de nos voitures et une voiturette de golf qui ne sont pas à l'usage des locataires. Un parking pour deux voitures est disponible à l'extérieur de la maison. Une buanderie comprend des appareils électroménagers droits. Ceci est une maison non-fumeur qui est entièrement meublé sans avoir besoin de quoi que ce soit, sauf vos effets personnels. Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir remplacer tout ce que vous utilisez pendant votre séjour. Merci!

Great Spring Break Desert Getaway!

Beautiful and very comfortable home. Our small family of 3 (2+10 year old) found this home to be a great base for an active week of hiking, biking and exploring. This beautiful 3 bedroom home is located in an extremely quiet area of Gold Canyon. The three beds are really only big enough for 1 person. The pool was nice and clean but too cool for use at this time of year. Overall a great place especially when the weather is perfect as it was for us.

Home is Beautiful! And very comfortable. We were four adults! Wish a grocery store was closer as we did not have a car rental but we used Uber and had no issues. We are water drinkers and needed to load up a few times. The pool was too cold to enjoy but a beautiful private backyard was enjoyed!

Beautiful Gold Canyon Home

Don and Judy’s home was beyond our expectations - beautiful inside and out. We spent as much time as possible in the backyard and enjoying the warm sun by the pool. The property is very close to the activities we enjoy (golf, hiking, exploring). It was a pleasure working with Don. He was always very quick to respond to our questions and requests. Pro: location good, property was quiet, large space for the 4 adultsCons: hot tub was not working during our entire stay. Owner was notified and maintenance was not able to come out till the end of our 14 day stay. Owner was less then helpful and found to be unaccommodating. Couch was uncomfortable. Would I recommend this property: not for the price if the amenities are not fully functioning.

What a beautiful, comfortable home!

Great Gold Canyon

This was perfect for our family of four. Convenient to all that the east valley had to offer, Petroglyph Trail, Sully Mountain, Salt River Tubing, Goldfield Ghost Town, Tonto National Forest, etc. Scottsdale and Phoenix are only a little bit further.

Oasis.

We stayed here for spring break. The home is beautiful and private. Felt like we had our own little resort with the pool and the private back yard. The pool was immaculate, but a little chilly. In talking with the pool cleaner we found out that this is typical for the area. Very few pools are heated. The home is located in a very quiet, safe neighborhood so my wife was comfortable walking in the mornings. Truly a relaxing vacation. Owner was great to work with. One of the best vacations I've ever taken. We will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Fantastic home in a great location!

This was our first 2 month winter stay in Arizona and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Don and Judy’s house was comfortable, well equipped and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We loved the house’s proximity to the mountains and golf courses. It was a great place to hunker down in during the pandemic! We will definitely return!! Thanks Don and Judy!

Don and Judy Fenton and we are from the Pacific Northwest. I am semi retired and Judy is a dental hygienist. We both grew up primarily in the Pacific Northwest but found that we had a love for the desert based on many trips to Palm Springs and other desert communities over the past handful of years.

We simply fell in love with the Superstition Mountain vistas. We spent two weeks in March of '16 based in Scottsdale and traveled near and far looking at all of the communities the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas had to offer. One of our last areas of discovery was Gold Canyon and when we came out one evening and saw the sunset against the Superstitions we were hooked. It did not hurt also that we are pretty avid golfers and "sunshine people". When we toured this home it quickly became the one for us that we compared others we had seen against.

We like the fact that we are so happy just hanging at home. There are tons of things to do nearby but we love our backyard/patio area and the privacy it provides. We think you will find the same qualities to be true for you if you decide to visit the area and stay in our vacation/rental home.
