Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms - a layout designed so families and groups can genuinely spread out. Private bedrooms give everyone their own space to retreat to, while the open living areas make it easy to reconnect after a day on the water or along the shore.

 

Outdoor living

Positioned within the Aria Ocean complex right at the water's edge, the condo puts beach access and a pool within the complex at your doorstep, along with resort access to nearby shared facilities. The patio or balcony comes fitted with a hammock and an outdoor dining area - the right setup for unhurried mornings with coffee in hand or long evenings winding down after the beach. When the mood calls for more exploring, bikes and a kayak are included and ready to take you along the coastline at your own pace.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast before heading out to a proper group dinner back at the condo. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses alongside cooking basics, dishes, and silverware - enough to keep meals straightforward across the whole stay. A dedicated dining area brings everyone together without crowding the kitchen.

 

Comfort & convenience

Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep indoor spaces comfortable through the warmest parts of the day. Wifi and a TV with standard cable are there when you want to stay connected or settle in for a quieter evening. Self check-in via lockbox means a flexible arrival, and luggage drop-off is allowed for guests working around early arrivals or late departures.

 

The details

Bed linens, hangers, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, and an iron take care of the everyday practicalities without you having to think about them. A private entrance, elevator, free parking garage on premises, and free street parking make it easy to come and go throughout your stay.

 

Neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta runs along a long, easy stretch of Banderas Bay - the kind of coastal setting where the agenda tends to fill itself in naturally. Beach time, pool time, time out on the water, and relaxed evenings back at the condo. It doesn't ask much of you, and that's precisely the appeal.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._1_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



At the moment, Bedroom 3 (the one with bunk beds) does not have a working air conditioning unit; however, it is equipped with a ceiling fan. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __5__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.





-No guests allowed

-The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
