This was the fourth time staying at the Villa Magna, and its a great location, close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and an awesome beach. Overall, the condo was as excellent, with all the amenities working as noted in the description (this was an issue in previous reviews). There were some smaller issues with one of the air conditioners and the fridge leaking, but seemed to only be intermittent and we were able to deal with it. Some of the furniture could use a bit of an upgrade / updating, but overall it was manageable. Gerardo, the host in Nuevo Vallarta, was excellent and very helpful with all our requests. Definitely would look at staying here on future visits!

The host was fantastic. He allowed my son to check in early and they let us stay a few hours after checkout. The view was spectacular. Huge front patio that over looked the pools and ocean. Bedrooms were exactly what we needed. The variety of pools worked great for our grandson. The warm shallow pools were his favorite. The beach was the best in PV. It has long gradual water access. It got four starts because we encountered a few problems that should be fixed. Jacuzzi tub and ice maker didn’t work. We left some ice trays. Be prepared to bring everything you need including water, paper towels, washcloths and toilet paper. Overall the place was great. We would definitely return now we know what to bring.

Great place to stay in Nuevo

We absolutely loved this place, and it did not disappoint. The beach out your front door cannot be beat. The mattresses are very firm. So if you aren't used to a firm mattress, keep that in mind. We had a family of 8, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful weeklong vacation.

Wonderful view!

We stayed for 11 nights in February. The condo was exactly as pictured and the view off of the balcony spectacular. The unit does need some updating/attention but the property manager was very responsive to a few immediate concerns. The kitchen is not stocked with any staples so you will need the purchase if you plan on cooking. A previous review noted that the oven was not in working order and that was still the case when we stayed. While the pool area is very nice, there was a huge problem with people putting towels on chairs very early in the morning and not using them until much later. There was supposed to be a one hour time limit but that was not being enforced.

Beautiful view!

We have rented at Villa Magna six times in various condos and enjoy the property. The view is fabulous and it’s in an excellent location! This unit does however need some attention. This unit was not properly cleaned when we arrived and there were a number of things not in working order. The property manager was responsive and started to address a majority of the items on the list. He even tended to some things personally like changing several burned-out light bulbs, unclogging drains, and adding batteries to many remotes. Other items he scheduled maintenance to tend to such as the kitchen garbage disposal. He also scheduled a cleaning service. It was a lot of coordinating to focus on while on vacation. One item that did not get fixed is the oven. On the VRBO listing, oven was listed as included. However, the oven did not work. When I brought this to the attention of the property management, they said they would remove oven from the listing on VRBO. I love to cook so not having an oven was a true inconvenience.

Vacaciones

El departamento esta muy bien cuidado, las instalaciones están limpias y modernas. Cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para disfrutar tus vacaciones. Revisaría la luz del balcón que no prende bien y que se pueda tener acceso más fácil a la tele del comedor porque pedía pin.
