The Space:

This lovely home in La Paz is in a magnificent location overlooking the Sea of Cortez and La Paz Bay. It will provide a luxurious escape and become the perfect place to make fun new memories and collect vacation stories!

- The kitchen has granite countertops is fully-equipped to whip up any meal to enjoy at home with an oven and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart.

-​​ The dining area adjacent to the kitchen features a fantastic dining table to seat 6 comfortably when enjoying meals at home and a fun mealtime conversation.

- Feel free to sit outside under the shade of the wonderful outdoor terrace off the living area. There’s plenty of sofa lounge seating. You can sip a coffee or a cocktail, chit-chat and enjoy the nice breeze and amazing sea views and oh…the spectacular sunsets each night!

The home is about 12 miles | 19 km or about a 25-30 min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2 hr 45 min drive or 123 miles | 198 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Good to Know Before You Arrive

Water Conservation

La Paz occasionally experiences brief water interruptions lasting a few hours. We kindly ask that you use water mindfully — turn off taps when not in use, and consider collecting shower runoff in the provided bucket while the water warms up. This can be used later to flush the toilet if needed. Small habits make a big difference here.

Road Works Notice

Starting July 31st, road improvement works will be underway within Las Colinas for approximately two weeks. Vehicle access to the property may be temporarily affected during this period. We appreciate your patience.

Entertainment

The TVs are set up with popular streaming services for your enjoyment. Please note that cable channels are not available.

Pool

The complex pool is available for your use — please follow all posted pool rules and ensure all guests wear proper swimwear when accessing the pool area. Please note the pool is not heated.

Resort & Beach Club Access

Guests staying at the property have access to Club Puerto, the resort's guest beach club, offering a wonderful beach experience with all the essentials for a relaxing day by the water. Please note that Club Beach is reserved exclusively for property owners and is not available to rental guests.

The pool is undergoing maintenance throughout the month of July.

Noise & Neighbors

We love a good time, but kindly ask that music and noise levels stay low throughout your stay. No parties or events are permitted. After 10 pm, please keep things especially quiet out of respect for our neighbors. The property is equipped with a noise sensor (decibel monitor only — no recordings) that alerts us if levels exceed normal thresholds. Your cooperation means a lot.

Food & Beverages

Please enjoy meals and drinks in the kitchen and dining areas. We ask that food and beverages be kept out of the living room.

Stairs

Please note that the lower-level bedrooms are accessible by stairs only.

What We Provide

Upon arrival you'll find a starter kit of essentials — drinking water, paper towels, napkins, a sponge, liquid soap, and trash bags. Each bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, bar soap, shampoo, and bath towels. Please note these are provided as a one-time welcome supply and are not replenished.

Electricity

For stays of 15 nights or more, electricity is billed separately at $56 USD per week, charged at check-in.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required prior to or at check-in, depending on your booking platform. It will be returned after checkout, provided all house rules are met.

Rental Agreement

All guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement upon booking confirmation.

Security Cameras

For your safety, outdoor surveillance cameras are in place around the property. No cameras are located inside the home.

Dogs in neighboring homes may occasionally be heard during your stay.

Please do not lock interior doors—we don't hold keys for these, and a locksmith call would be at the guest's expense.





House Rules



Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book.

No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the home. No recreational drug use on the property. Violation results in a $300 penalty.

No parties, events, or excessive noise. No loud music after 10 pm.

Guest count must match the reservation — no unregistered visitors.

No tents or temporary structures on the property.

Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning required after their stay.

A government-issued ID may be requested at or during check-in.

Please do not move furniture.

No pets allowed.

Please do not sit on sofas in wet swimwear—fabric staining and mold damage will be charged to the guest.

All doors and windows must be closed and locked at checkout. Failure to do so results in a $50 USD penalty.



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the home, private terraces, and Las Colinas Pool. Only access to Puerto club.
