Enjoy this new and comfortable home, located only five blocks from the beach. Additionally, El Malecón (boardwalk) is accessible via a five-minute bike ride along a safe car-free bike path. Once at El Malecón you can take in the spectacular sunsets that La Paz is known for. This home is conveniently located within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacies, plus the local airport is only a 12-minute drive.
The space
During your stay enjoy modern amenities as well as indoor/outdoor living. The private outdoor space provides the ultimate opportunity to relax and unwind. Soak up the sun on the lounge chairs, cool off in the pool, or grab your favorite book and a complimentary cup of coffee and read in the shade. Keep the outdoor living going in the evening and grill up your favorites with the full-size grill while sharing great conversation around the covered outdoor dining table. When you head inside you’ll enjoy the peaceful, quiet, and modern indoor living space.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has new appliances and everything you need to cook your favorite meals. There are 3 bedrooms in the house with the capacity to sleep 7, and all 3 bedrooms have their own AC units. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. A full-size bed is in the 2nd bedroom, while the 3rd room has a twin size bed, trundle bed, and a chair that converts to a bed. Fast Wi-Fi, with 76 Mbps, is available throughout the house and the living room has an AC unit, a smart tv, and comfortable couches that offer a great place to relax. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer on site available for your convenience.

Secure gated parking for 2 cars is available on site. Also, we have two bikes available for you, which is a great way to explore La Paz during your stay.
Guest access
We offer contactless self check-in. One day prior to your stay you will receive a code via email to access the key box to unlock the outside door to the property. Additionally, you will receive the code for the keyless entry to the front door of the house. Inside the house will be the electronic gate door opener to allow access for parking your vehicle(s) on property. We’ve also provided a notebook with many helpful tips and recommendations to assist and enhance your stay in La Paz.
