This Childersburg house boasts 2 inviting bedrooms, featuring a queen bed and a full bed. Guests also enjoy a peaceful living room with an additional full bed, perfect for relaxing or extra sleeping space. With 2 bathrooms, mornings are easy and convenient. The house stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and AC. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments inside, this adorable home offers a perfect retreat. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. You will find the cottage conveniently located on paved roads less than a mile off HWY 280 in Childersburg, AL. Here you will find a beautiful view of the Tallaseehatchee Creek. There are many nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and shops for easy access to anything you need.

We are sitting on 2 acres of property with 300 feet of waterfront at the mouth of the Tallaseehatchee Creek and the Coosa River. We offer a nice boat launch that can accommodate even larger boats.

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2 bath house can sleep up to 6 with a fully equipped kitchen open dinning room. In the laundry room, you will find and a large capacity washer & dryer with some of the essentials provided. The living room provides a big screen smart tv where you can enjoy your favorite streaming services using free high-speed internet. We also provide a few classic board games, card games, and a few books to read.

Outside, you will find 2 covered decks overlooking the property with a beautiful water view. Then make your way down to the water via a gentle slope stair free, to a beautiful sitting area with a natural stone firepit. The boat ramp and it's two docks are just a few feet away from the house. In addition to all this you will also have access to kayaks that can be used to go exploring on the creek.

We will never ask you to do a long list of chores before you leave. All we ask you to do is kindly take out all of your trash before you leave. We are here to make sure you enjoy your vacation.

Myself and other family members often enjoy using our river house. Unfortunately we are highly allergic to pet dander therefor we can not allow dogs or cats on the property due to health reasons. Thank you for understanding.
