Plenty of room for our family group of 15 people. Nice to be able to be together but still have the option for privacy when needed. The kids loved the pool area. One 12 year old noted he had hardly been on his electronics because there was so much to do. The washers and dryers made it easy to pack lightly. The kitchen allowed us to save on eating out for every meal. Easy drive to the beach and Disneyland. We felt safe and had fun.

This vacation rental was a great fit for our large family of 16. The listing photos and description were accurate, and we were thrilled to find the home was exactly as advertised.We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities. All bathrooms were stocked with essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen was equipped with appliances, cookware, cleaning supplies, coffee filters, tea, and various spices and sauces. A fantastic bonus on a hot summer weekend was finding a bag of regular and fancy cocktail ice in the freezer.The house provided a great sense of space and comfort. TVs in most bedrooms were a welcome feature, giving everyone a chance to spread out. The beds were all comfortable, and the entire house was clean. We didn't have any operational issues during our stay, which made everything feel seamless. Its central location was also a huge benefit for our family's outings.While our stay was excellent, a few minor improvements would make it even better. We found only one extra blanket and would have appreciated more for those who get chilly with the AC. A shortage of kitchen towels, bath rugs, and silverware (just 1 dinner spoon and 1 teaspoon) was a minor inconvenience. The most significant issue, however, was the presence of bugs in the kitchen, which is why we deducted one star from our rating. Routine or improved pest control would likely resolve this for future guests.Despite these small issues, our family enjoyed their stay.

We stayed at this home for seven days with a group of 18 people, 8 kids and ten adults for a Disneyland trip. The host took awhile to respond to my questions. I had to request the check in instructions. The host told me we could check in early if the cleaning service was gone. When we arrived, the cleaning service was gone so we unloaded all our luggage and food into the house. A little while later, a pest control company knocked on the door and told us to leave the house for two hours so they could spray. We had no idea they were coming and we didn't want to pack up all our stuff and load it into our cars again and sit somewhere for two hours. So the pest control guy left without spraying. We saw many roaches during our stay which made it less than pleasant. The whole house needs a good deep clean. The bed in room #6 felt like sleeping on a board. The stove also had an issue where if we turned it on less than medium heat it clicked. The TV in the bunk bed room didn't work. There was no hand soap in two of the bathrooms or paper towels or dishwasher detergent. The one thing this home has going for it is the pool. It was fantastic and the kids spent many hours in it. The water features work well and hot tub heats up nicely. Even with the nice pool, we won't be staying here again because of the bugs and general cleanliness of the home.

Disappointed

We were disappointed with this Vrbo, it was large & fit our family, had a great outdoor pool w/ slide, close to Disneyland — it underwhelmed us in every other way. First, we didn’t get any check-in info until I had to reach out to VRBO 1-2 hours before check in to get owners/manager’s number. Then our checkin was delayed due to the cleaners not being done, & it was not even that clean when we arrived (dirty sock under bed, prescription pill on the ground, etc.) The house as a whole was not very clean- dirty in cabinets, drawers etc. linens and bedding were sparse & reminded you of your grandparents mismatched 20 year old sheets and towels. The fence for the pool was one of our greatest concerns which we reached out about before booking and it was not as sturdy or secure- little kids could get past it for sure. The kitchen and bathrooms were not well stocked (one medium cooking sheet for this large of a house, no hand towels for the bathrooms, one potholder, etc) the shower in one bathroom needing jiggering/fixing to work, there were not enough pillows if anyone ever sleep with more than 1 pillow, the decor was made out of cardboard and past its refresh date. Looked better in photos. location was off of a major road w/ strip club around corner. There was dog/cat poop all in the front yard that the gardener & cleaners did not clean up which we stepped when taking out trash etc. space was a nice layout. lacking cleanliness & organization that i would expect from a pricey stay

We have stayed at several properties that Katie hosts and it continues to be a positive experience. This home worked great for our firm retreat. It is close to Disneyland, has lots of space, and has a grocery store and Starbucks nearby. We would not hesitate to use this home again.

Great location / needs updating

The ceiling was falling on one of the boat beds in a bedroom - the tv's didn't work for part of the time and we had no lights in the main living area for half the time. Owner was friendly however the pictures made it look nicer than it was - really great space and location just needs updating.

Perfect house for a large family

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the pool and spa! When we were done swimming we had a blast playing pool! Knott’s Berry Farm is a very short drive away and was perfect for our vacation!

Everyone enjoyed themselves, we had a hard time getting the Jacuzzi warmed, but Katie immediately helped out with that. We were really close to Disneyland which was a plus, the neighborhood was quiet, space for everyone in our group. The pool, jacuzzi and spa was amazing, the kids swam almost every day and night. Washer and dryer came in really handy and the maintenance man was kind enough to take out the trash bin and recycle bins and brought them back in. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this house to our family and friends.

Disney Getaway

We had 7 families stay together in this home. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen let us all be together. There are two fridges which was fabulous and unknown going into the vacation. The game room was enjoyed. Parking worked better than expected. Close to Disney. Close to stores. We will be talking about this vacation for years.

Clean, comfortable and spacious home near Disney & knotts

We had a great family reunion at this home. Katie was very responsive to our inquiries and helped assure our rental process came through, even after a little scare that she may have had to cancel a few days before. Overall we were very satisfied with the homes cleanliness and location. There was plenty of room for multi family stay, and spacious enough to help keep everyone comfortable. Our whole family had an amazing time making some great memories and enjoying the beautiful pool, and game room. We highly recommend this home if you have a large group of people and want to be close to Disneyland area. We hope to return one day. Mahalo Katie for being a great host Jamie, Joe Baxter and Ohana

Lovely home

The pool, hot tub and play area is wonderful! They even put in balls, pool noodles and toys for the children. The pool has colors and fountains. The children and adults loved it! The house is well laid out for both privacy and togetherness and everyone loved it. There is one bathroom that has a shower that was difficult to turn on. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this home for a family get together.

Not as advertised

There were several things mentioned in the description that did not end up being as described. When we arrived the cleaning crew was still there until 4:30. The place is not 2.5 miles but closer to 4 miles from Disneyland. The baby portable cribs were covered in mold. The temperature of the pool and hot tube were always cold. I have stayed at other places much better maintained. Sorry, but I would not return to this location.

Great place for a group!

We had a great stay. Kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space and parking. We had 18 people there, 8 kids and 5 couples. We had 4 vehicles and could all park inside the yard. Owners were quick to reply and overall it was a great stay. I would recommend.

Great pool, house needs some minor attention

The pool and spa are great! We used them every day/night. The house binder. Typically, these are right when you walk in the home or on the kitchen counter. We looked all over for this and could not find it. Finally, it was found in the back of one of the drawers in the dining room. It definitely needs to be updated, especially checking instructions. There are plenty of rooms and beds for multiple families. Every bathroom in the home has an issues/concern of some sort. The master bathroom - whatever they use to clean it makes the tub VERY slippery. Others have very hard to turn valves, like EXTREMELY difficult to turn and adjust water temp, doors that do not open/slide easily and come off the track if pulled to hard. There is not (that we found) extra toilet paper rolls or paper towels. The toilet paper is single ply toilet paper. We ran out of paper towels. There were no cleaning products - like Clorox wipes to wipe counters. It is like the house was not "stocked" with them after last guests or prior to our visit - and if those are things that AREN'T supplied, it should be mentioned somewhere so guests can be prepared. Most things in the house are labeled - like with a label maker - including light switches. There is plenty of shower/bath towels but no pool towels - again, if this is something guests need to provide it should be mentioned. There was animal poop in the front and back yard - most likely from neighborhood cats. Over all the house was good for what we needed.

Awesome Home CLOSE to Disneyland

VERY conveniently located. Minutes from freeway exit and minutes to Disneyland. Nice common areas with well thought out entertainment features. Plenty of parking inside gated yard. CLOSE to supermarket and drugstores. Roomy, comfortable rooms. Nicely updated interior and well maintained grounds. The landlord is very accessible by phone and committed to making the tenants stay comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The house was large enough to hold all 20 of us very well. The oven didn't work on the first night but was repaired quickly! Lots of towel and washcloths. Needs to be deep cleaned. Seems to be surface cleaned only. Had to wash ants and spray from cabinets. If deep cleaned probably wouldn't need so much ant spray. Son in law witnessed a fight when walking in the neighborhood, otherwise good location for Disney.

Very very close to the shopping center, grocery stores, restaurants, bus stops and easy to access freeway. Straight way to Disneyland & Beach.
