The Space:

Sugar Beach 325, hosted by Current Tides, is a comfortable 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Orange Beach located just steps from the sand. Situated on the third floor, this unit offers angled beach views and quick access to the shoreline.



The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, cookware, and everything needed for easy meals during your stay. The open living area includes a sleeper sofa, additional seating, and a flat-screen TV, creating a relaxed space to unwind after a day at the beach. A full bathroom and washer and dryer are also located on the main level for added convenience.



Upstairs, the private bedroom includes a king-size bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, and walk-in closet. A a single pull-out sleeper chair is also in the primary bedroom if an additional 5th sleeping space is needed. The upstairs bathroom features a tub and shower combination with a spacious vanity, offering comfort and privacy for couples or small families.



Sugar Beach offers resort-style amenities, including three outdoor pools, with the West pool heated for year-round enjoyment. Other amenities include a kiddie pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and the seasonal Sugar Shack snack bar that sells food, drinks, and other extra supplies. With beach access just feet away and a variety of on-site amenities, this condo is a practical and well-located option for couples or small families planning a relaxed Gulf Coast getaway.

Parking passes are NOT included in your reservation total. Purchasing directly through Sugar Beach is easy—you can buy parking passes onsite upon your arrival. Parking is permitted for up to 2 vehicles. Passes are $35 per vehicle. Pricing subject to change.
