Room looks exactly like the pictures! Amazing deal for beach front access AND pools. Normal wear and tear on room from age and proximity to the water, but super convenient for anyone looking to get away. Fridge, Stove/oven, washer/dryer, and full bathroom all in the unit! We enjoyed our stay and plan to return specifically to Sugar Beach Condos.

I found it odd you had to be on the bed to get into the closet. The bed was to close to the closet. A smaller couch would make this work. We tend to eat in alot. There was not enough utensils or dishes to do this. Never ran the dishwasher as the plates etc needed cleaned for next meal.The host was great. Supplied us with items I requested prior to staying. Also answered questions right away.

With over a thousand 5 star reviews (not an exaggeration) for the lowest priced condo on the beach, I guess you can’t please everyone but we do everything humanly possible to offer the best value on the beach.

Don the host was so very kind and helpful! Check-in was very easy and convenient. The condo was kinda outdated but everything seemed to be very clean! The location is right on the beach & has a few different pools, one being heated! Great price and would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a great price!

Our family had an amazing trip. 2 adults with 2 small kids, it was the perfect amount of space. The host was amazing and even called to check in on us to make sure things were going good. We will definitely be back.

With thousands (not an exaggeration) of 4 & 5 star reviews over 35 years (4.77 average) for the lowest priced condo on the beach, this guest was given a 100% refund. Guest was dissatisfied because refrigerator had a small drain leak even though fridge was still cooling properly. We throughly enjoy serving all of our guests.
