Great stay! The home was clean, very comfortable, and exactly as described. It was perfect for relaxing - beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was smooth throughout our stay. Outdoor space looks great and everything we needed was available - we enjoyed the wineries and restaurants as well. There were also great golf options nearby, which was a nice bonus for us. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again!

Better than the photos (and our expectations)!We just wrapped up our family getaway and we are officially obsessed with this place. While the listing photos are gorgeous, they don’t even do it justice—it is so much better in real life! The home is meticulously decorated, super thoughtfully put together, and packed with high-quality everything.The location is great: right off the highway for an stress-free arrival, but tucked into an incredibly cool neighborhood with fun activities and great local food joints.Every single person in our group of 11 loved it, which is basically a vacation miracle. To top it all off, the host was fantastic—very kind, helpful, and made the whole process a total breeze from start to finish.Thank you for an amazing stay. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing stay at a cozy clean house with an accommodating host! First of all, Mukesh went above and beyond for our stay. I happened to mention that it was my brother's birthday over our stay and Mukesh had a birthday cake waiting in the fridge! Another nice touch was that we had a small infant with our party and our generous host had the crib all set up for us instead of us having to do it ourselves. Everything was very clean and ready for our stay. All supplies like garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, coffee supplies, beach towels, regular towels etc were all present and ready for us to use. The amenities were also an amazing reason to stay here. Kitchen was fully stocked with tools and utensils. Pool was safe and comfortable. Hot tub was also clean and comfy. Board games are supplied, cornhole set included, clean fire pit ready to go.As a host, Mukesh was also very informative and responsive! Any questions we had or anything we needed he was there to help. He seemed very invested in our group having a fun memorable experience.For our next stay I'd definitely consider visiting this Dune House again! Our stay couldn't have gone smoother.

Overall the property is very nice, a new build, with a great backyard pool area that is just the right size. The pool is excellent for both adults and kids, as about a 3rd of the pool is shallow for our 2 and 4 year old grandchildren to play in. The area was all fenced, keeping the kiddos contained in a large enough are a to roam but not so far that they were out of site.The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms of reasonable size, and the bathrooms were great. Cleanliness was top notch throughout so kudos to the cleaner. The main gathering space included a nice open concept dining room/living room/kitchen area that was not overly crowded for about 12 of us to hang out.We had an initial issue with the internet which was painfully slow. After contacting the host he quickly rebooted the router remotely and then speeds were fine for the rest of the stay. About 75 Mbps down/25 Mbps up. Fine for remote work, online gaming, streaming, etc.One final bonus, the property has a nice outdoor patio in the front of the house that seats about 10. It was nice to sit out there and relax in the morning and the evening. We ate outside several times and enjoyed the space. The kids loved the sand right off the patio as they felt it was there own personal sandbox. We really did not have issues with bugs at all making the outdoor relaxing and troublefree.
