A true vacay dream, this stunning lakefront 26-acre estate has a private beach, gorgeous pool, hot tub, indoor sauna, fabulous 7-bedroom home, and so much more! The lush, spacious open design offers plenty of options for enjoying maximum R-and-R. Living room and family room fireplaces and flat-screen TVs provide chill time, while the Chef's Kitchen island is popular for coffee chats. The formal dining room has fab lake views, as do elegant bedrooms and the posh poolside deck. Life is good here!



The Space:

If it’s an extraordinary vacation you want, Dunegrass Path is a premier destination. Stepping into this elegant mansion, you’ll be magically transported to the sublime side of life. Luxurious, hand-selected furnishings, artwork, and accessories combine with ultra-comfort to make for a thoroughly relaxing environment.



Thirsty for some downtime after a vacay day at the beach, located directly out your back door? The living room’s cozy fire and flat-screen TV are there at your beck and call! Or step downstairs to the family room, where you’ll find an electric fireplace and another wide-screen TV. Either room comes with super-cushy seating, by the way, and invites you to sip a favorite beverage and say yes to your “Be Here Now” morning, afternoon, or evening. By the way, the family room has a cool bar for serving up tasty drinks. Back upstairs, the Chef’s Kitchen is highlighted by first-class appliances, plus all you need to cook up scrumptious vacay meals, and an awesome stone center island, around which our guests often report great conversations occur, especially over the killer coffee we provide. Yep, Keurig’s best, all the way! For sharing a more formal meal together, you’ll find the exquisite dining room table, which seats eight people, has outstanding views of the deck area, pool, and Lake Michigan in the distance.



If anyone in your party needs a workstation, you can lead them over to one of the best, featuring a 34-inch curved monitor, a Herman Miller Embody chair, and superb natural light with window views. It deserves mentioning that you will also get to unwind Finnish-style in your own indoor sauna, complete with a large dressing area in which you can relax, post-sauna. Mm-hmm!



Each of the 7 spacious bedrooms is beautifully appointed, has ample storage space, and comes with top-quality bedding and linens for a sound sleep and sweet dreams. Some feature large balconies, fireplaces, flat-screen TVs, breathtaking views, and ensuite bathrooms. Boom.

And each is supplied with all the essentials you and your guests may need. There’s also a laundry room with a top-of-the-line washer-dryer and all the necessities.



Outdoor entertaining on your mind? How about a luxe pool and hot tub combo for starters? Then add some wonderfully comfortable patio furniture, a phenomenal gas grill for barbecuing to your heart’s content, and – oh, right, 26 acres of gorgeous, tranquil woodlands surrounding you, with a wooden walkway to lead you from the pool area down to a magnificent, private, Lake Michigan beach! This is what’s called livin’ the dream!



If you and your guests are feeling like exploring the sights and cool places around Dunegrass Path – and we wouldn’t be surprised if y’all stayed right there in the lap of Heaven – you’ll find you’re just a stone’s throw from a whole ton of fun! Nearby, for instance, there are other superb Lake Michigan beaches to check out, both just north and south of YOUR beach, and you can also enjoy the many activities afforded by the region’s largest recreational harbor, a short drive south. That means, all sorts of water-related rentals of boats, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards, or take a day or night cruise – or fishing excursion – out on glorious Lake Michigan. There are also plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, through woodlands, dunes, and riverside parks. Hungry, thirsty, or just wanting to shop or browse? Try one of the many popular restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, and stylish boutiques in downtown New Buffalo, just a hop, skip, and a jump from Stevensville. Plus, there are winery and brewery tours galore to be had, live music venues to check out, and numerous public golf courses to play.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.



All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.



The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

Maximum occupancy is limited to 16 guests only.



A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.



The pool and hot tub are seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor.



We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking. 



Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

Amazing Vacation & Property

This property was both beautiful and breathtaking. We loved the property being nestled away in the woods to get away from the day to day busyness of life. It is a newly constructed spacious property with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and short walk to the private beach to ensure relaxation. Our family of six had an amazing time bonding and having tons of fun. The home had everything you needed. Management was very quick and responsive to all of our needs to ensure that we were completely satisfied and highly recommend this property. We will definitely visit again in the future.😊.

Door code did not function on arrival until next morning but customer service was able to unlock remotely a few minutes after. We arrived. Lock box code was incorrect as well for keys to the doors. Main floor thermostat was not functioning (temperature stayed at 73-74 degrees regardless of setting. House was in good shape and clean with all other appliances/amenities working properly. The pool and beach were very nice.
