Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toster and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and bidet.

The garden is equipped with garden furniture, outdoor shower and a grill. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. You can also park one car there.
