Items falling from balconies can create serious safety hazards and may result in fines or other actions by building management.
Pool & Lawn Area Hours
Please note that access to the outdoor pool and lawn area is restricted after the following hours:
• Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 PM
• Friday–Saturday: 11:00 PM
