This studio has queen bed, desk, chair, nightstand, big closet, mirror, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, reading chair and lamp. Also has huge HD TV in the studio. A LIBRARY for reading or WHF time, and big yard for pets with BBQ area and fire pit. A NEW HOM GYM was just built and is available for use! Full kitchen and in unit washer/dryer are available, and shared with other tenants. Parking is FREE.
This house has a total of 3 beds and 1 studio with 4 private baths. Other rooms are rented by traveling nurses or government workers.
Safe, quiet neighborhood with lots of good walking space, big trees and fresh air. Church next door and swimming pool across the street. The house is close to many hospitals and 8 mins from National Harbor and MGM, with lots of restaurants and entertainment.12 mins to Old Town Alexandria; 20 mins to DCA; 8 mins to Congress Heights Metro (Green Line), 10-20mins to DC.
Extra person: $300/person/month
Cleaning fee: $150/3 months (cleaning lady comes once per month and at move out)
Pet fee: $300/3 months for 1 pet, additional $150/3 months for any additional pet
Eligibility criteria: background check through furnished finder with min credit score of 600, Driver License, No past evictions.
