Excellent property in a fabulous location. Very well maintained and great pool although a bit tricky getting sun beds towards the end of our stay. This didn’t detract from how much we enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning.

Superb apartment very close to the marina. Quiet but not too quiet. Always plenty of beds by the pool as mix of tourists and locals residents. The apartment had everything you needed, even some spices, salt, pepper, cleaning products and washing powder. The roof terrace is a lovely addition we went up for evening drinks. The hosts are lovely, very helpful and on hand on WhatsApp. Thanks for the stay. Rachel and family

A lovely property in gated complex with nice pool, Close to a local supermarket and only a few minutes walk to the Marina with plenty of restaurants and bars. Good communication with owner/manager when needed.

Overall a great apartment

The apartment was accurately described, clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Communication and check-in were easy, and the location was convenient for Cala d'Or. However, we didn’t sleep well due to the main bedroom being noisy from the busy road, lots of light coming in at night and in the morning due to thin curtains, and the bed/mattress being extremely squeaky every time we moved, which was disruptive whilst trying to sleep. Aside from that, the apartment was a great base for us.

Cala D’or 2023

This is a lovely apartment behind the marina in Cala D’Or. Compact 2 bed property with good balcony off living area and great roof terrace with 4 sunbeds as well as covered pergola and very comfortable garden furniture! Decor is modern and fresh. Dishwasher and washing machine as well as tumble dryer. Pool area very nice and plenty of sunbeds as well as stands for umbrellas. You need to bring your own! There are several restaurants and couple of bars around marina and the small centre of Cala D’Or it a 15 min walk. Lots of choice of places to eat. Very cosmopolitan vibe! Several beaches - all small - in coves but very pretty. First time at resort and apartment and would highly recommend both!

Host good communication prior, arrival & during stay. Apt Clean on arrival & checked in early, Pool very clean, good selection of beds but no parasols. Good stock of cleaning products but no bin bags so had to buy our own. Good selection of crockery etc, good fridge/freezer!No Parasol on roof, which would have been good Gazebo offered no total shade, so couldn’t use the lounge furniture Padlocks for rooftop cushion boxes not numbered correctly and couldn’t open them apparently cleaners husband changed it unbeknown to anyone. A huge negative & put us off apartment was Bird Droppings - Pigeon faeces all over balcony was absolutely disgusting contacted owner, Response - we were expected to pay 30 to get it cleaned or use the hose from rooftop & clean the mess up ourselves as the owner supplies cleaning products. “it’s a general problem on island with Pigeons” owner said, but we never experienced it in 15 years of coming to the island . The huge tree overlooks the balcony is the issue so please note prior to booking! No communication from owner at end of holiday which was disappointing as we have used this site since 2010 & 1st time this has happened!Poor lighting in shower room , very slippery under feet. Waste disposal not good as had to walk 2 streets away to emptyResort nice but very hilly, Marina access very rough as overgrown with bushes, would advise plenty of mosquito spray as we were bitten numerous times , good selection of restaurants centre 20 mins walk

Bonito apartamento.

La comunicación con el personal de recepción fue fluida y eficiente. El apartamento está bien cuidado tal como si estuviese habitado permanentemente por la propiedad. Los muebles son confortables y la limpieza, ajuar y menaje son perfectos. Una experiencia muy positiva.

We had a very relaxing holiday. The Marina is only a short walk away with a choice of restaurants. The apartment was well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Spent a lot of time around the pool. Amazing

Beautiful apartment in central location

Beautiful apartment, spotless, very comfortable with large private roof terrace. Fab pool with gorgeous view of hills. Five minute walk to bars and restaurants at the marina and 15 minutes walk to centre of Cala D’Or and Cala Egos. On the main road so good for public transport however expect some road noise. Our hosts were excellent communicators. One of the best apartments we have stayed at. Would definitely stay again.

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Appartement mit netter Betreeung

Das Appartement ist sehr gut geschnitten, modern eingerichtet, und wie die gesamte Anlage auch, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind sehr nett empfangen,betreut und verabschiedet worden, alles hat prima geklappt! Bis zum Yachthafen sind es zu Fuß max. 2 Min. zu laufen.

The apartment and complex was better than expected. A lovely apartment, well located and only 2 minutes walk from the Marina. The roof terrace is an excellent private space and the pool area is lovely. Would definitely stay again.
