Our apartment "Wiesenglück" is located on the 1st floor of an
apartment building and is in a quiet location, only 20 minutes' walk from the town center.
The Bavarian mentality is perfectly accentuated by the warm-hearted design of the dining area: an original farmhouse cupboard combined with a cozy dining area invites you to spend cozy hours with your loved ones. The open-plan living area with comfortable seating and TV is directly adjacent so that the family can get together in a relaxed atmosphere in the evening.The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, so that up to 6 people can be accommodated in the apartment.The kitchen has been redesigned and offers the perfect
modern granite worktop and all the necessary kitchen appliances to create the perfect cooking ambience for your stay. Of course you will also find a coffee machine and all the essential cooking utensils.

Follow the sun: sun from morning to night!
Are you a sun worshipper and look forward to vitamin D-rich hours on the balcony? Then the "Wiesenglück" vacation apartment is the right place for you! The spacious balcony can be reached from the living and dining area as well as from the kitchen and bedroom. The second bedroom on the east side also has a separate balcony. So you can hike after the sun and also have a fantastic view: The mountain range around the Zugspitze stretches out in front of you and promises the perfect vacation flair. Our "Wiesenglück" apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed. An electrically adjustable slatted frame with new mattresses was recently installed in the master bedroom: This slatted base is perfect for people who like to read in bed. The second bedroom can also accommodate up to two people.

Modern bathroom with shower and bathtub

The bathroom of the bright, 90 sqm apartment was recently renovated: Newly renovated, it now has a shower, bathtub, washbasin and, of course, a toilet. A bidet has also been installed. Of course, a free garage parking space is also available to our guests.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

Comfy flat in Garmisch

The flat was clean and bright, even on our rainy stay. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen were great. Location was good, but note the 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

We very much enjoyed the accommodations. The apartment is very tidy, clean, and tastefully furnished / decorated. The outdoor spaces are a nice feature and ample and sad the weather was not the most cooperative. We would stay again. I would even live there if I could. The staff are helpful and made our stay very smooth throughout. Do not hesitate to book this apartment.

Best views

This apartment is comfortable and pretty, but the best part is the wonderful view through the living room windows of the snow capped mountains. We really enjoyed our stay here, and it was easy to drive to Linderhof and to take the train to Zugspitz. Wow! It was beautiful to be on top of the highest point in Germany and to ride the gondola. We also took a beautiful lake walk in Eisner.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche fehlt nichts. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und wir konnten einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Alpspitze. Da die Terrasse sehr groß ist, kann man entweder der Sonne hinterher wandern oder es gibt immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Appartement confortable, propre et très bien équipé ( TV, Wifi, machines à laver vaisselle et linge ) . Vue sur la montagne depuis le salon et le balcon. Quartier calme à 5mn du centre ville en voiture. A proximité du charmant lac Riessersee ( 2,5 km ). Avons passé un séjour agréable et reposant. Une remarque: l'appartement dispose d'un garage, dans le parking de l'immeuble. Espace très exigu, difficile d'accès, même pour un véhicule standard . Nous avons préféré d'autres solutions. Il y a des possibilités de stationner son véhicule en toute sécurité dans la Kellerackerstrasse.

Very happy with the apartment too

This apartment was very cute & comfortable. The views are excellent. The bathroom (especially the shower) is awesome! Nice balconies with excellent views. Would stay again!
