Cancellation Policy
Ramona Rentals LLC cannot offer you a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of the reservation. We can offer you a reschedule to another date, within 5 months of the original reservation, if needed. If you are making your reservation for summertime months please be aware of the risk of wildfire smoke in the surrounding areas impacting air quality. We strongly recommend you have travel insurance with your transaction to protect you if needed. Please reach out directly if you have any questions.
