The space
The great room features a 60" TV and flows into a dining area that seats 8, perfect for families gathering around a meal. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked stay: a large center island with wrap-around windows, Keurig coffee station, full cookware set, and place settings for 8.

The primary bedroom has its own full bath and vanity area. The two remaining bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bath. All three bedrooms have 50" Roku TVs, so bring your own streaming subscriptions.

One of the most popular spaces in the house is the bonus room above the garage, a quiet private space perfect for remote work or a private hangout. It has its own entrance and its own TV.

The home also has a full laundry with washer and dryer, an enclosed 2-car garage, and additional driveway parking for several vehicles.

Outside, the private deck overlooks the wooded creek and features a gas grill, Edison lights, and outdoor dining. Soak in the private hot tub while listening to the creek, or challenge the family to cornhole or Jenga. The expansive backyard gives kids and dogs plenty of room to roam, and the wooded creek has a quiet sitting area perfect for morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day. Deer are spotted regularly, sometimes right from the deck.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the bonus room above the garage, the enclosed 2-car garage, and the private deck and backyard. Check-in is fully automated via a Yale smart lock; your unique access code will be sent before arrival. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in may be available for a small fee, just ask!

Other things to note
Guests are required to sign the host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in. This will be sent through our messaging system after booking. Your host is in the neighborhood and available for any questions or issues during your stay. The bonus room above the garage has its own separate exterior entrance. Note that the enclosed garage has limited clearance for larger vehicles and extended cab trucks.
