This seasonal Lakeview Retreat is a spacious, modern home just one minute walk from the lake, offering room and comfy bedding for all, including 2 King beds, a full kitchen, a fun game room, 3 kayaks, 4 bicycles, and a hot tub. Spread out and unwind on the expansive multi-level decks, ideal for morning coffee, grilling, or sunset cocktails, with stunning views of the lake during cold months. Perfect for couples, families, or anyone seeking relaxation or adventure.

The space
The entry level has the full kitchen, living room and the primary bedroom and on-suite bathroom. The upper level has two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. The lower level is accessible by outside entry only and is where the gameroom and 3rd full bathroom is located. With special permission, you may be allowed to have two additional people (total of 10) sleep in the gameroom with the use of couch chairs that covert to twin beds. The lower level outside deck near the gameroom is where the hot tub is located.

Guest access
The entire home and exterior of the home, with exception of some closets is accessable and available for your use.

Other things to note
In order to have the home prepared correctly, our rule is to have your request reflect the correct number of guests that will stay at the property.

Sleeps 8, but can sleep 10 with special permission:
Bedroom 1: King Bed with en suite full bathroom
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with a full and twin bed and also a twin-size trundle bed (pull out)
Bedroom 3: King Bed
The Game room can serve as a bedroom and I can arrange for two small twin size couch style beds. There is a full bathroom in the game room.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is 4:00pm check-out is 10:00am. We may only be able to accommodate a late or early check in or out if there are no guests staying on the same day.

Guest access
You have access to the entire home - including the grounds, with exception to storage rooms and some closets.

✩ Chair Beds in Game room ✩
Please note the chair bed is not as comfortable as our other beds. We do provide linens if you have asked to use these beds.

✩ Grill ✩
There is a charcoal grill. However, we do not provide charcoal. There is a gas grill that you can use. If the gas runs out, you will need to exchange the tank at Dollar General or other local place. The pellet grill/smoker is for host use only.

★★ POLICIES ★★
Guests who violate any of the following policies will be charged a fee of $50 - $500, and/or may be asked to leave.

✩ Quiet Hours ✩
You can be loud inside the home, just not to the point where you are heard outside as it will disturb neighbors.

✩ Smoking ✩
No smoking indoors. You may smoke on the deck near the ashtray supplied or by the fire pit. Do not drop butts on the ground. Be careful not to burn the outdoor chair cousions. Use the provided broom to sweep off ashes from the deck if needed. A $500 fee applies if it is found you smoke inside the home.

✩ Parties ✩
We do not allow parties of any kind. We do allow weddings with prior approval. You may temporarily have no more than 4 other guests in the home for no longer than three hours in a 24 hour period. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave.

✩ Check-in and Check-out ✩
If you have an unscheduled late check-out, a fee of $50 will be applied after 10:15 am for the first 45 minutes. This pays for the hourly rate of the house cleaner to wait for you. Check-outs more than an hour late will be charged for one night (equal to the average nightly rate). If another guest is scheduled to arrive on the evening of your checkout, and you have not vacated before 1pm, the Sheriff will be contacted for your removal.
