Parking is available for standard passenger vehicles only. Trailers, motorcycles, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and golf carts may be restricted or prohibited by community rules and may be subject to fines or towing.



The Neighborhood:

Magnolia Pointe is part of the Myrtlewood area of Myrtle Beach, a convenient central location for guests who want access to golf, beaches, shopping, dining, and attractions without staying directly on Ocean Boulevard.



The condo is near Myrtlewood Golf Club and a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk area, Coastal Grand Mall, restaurants, grocery stores, mini golf, and entertainment.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. The location is convenient for reaching Myrtle Beach beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and attractions throughout the Grand Strand.



Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are generally available in Myrtle Beach, but having your own vehicle will make beach trips, grocery runs, and golf outings much easier.



Other Things to Note:

No pets allowed.



This is a ground-floor condo, but it should not be described as ADA-accessible unless you have verified doorway widths, bathroom access, parking, thresholds, and step-free paths.
