Great Stay

We had a great stay and it was a great location with easy drive to everything! Condo was filled with lots of items to use while there. WiFi was a little spotty and hd to reset it multiple times, but other than that no issues.

Great location, great community. Unit was nice and would recommend it. Slight odor of past smoker in unit. But otherwise enjoyed our stay!

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. I wish you would have let me know about the odor. It must have been coming from another unit and could have investigated. We are a smoke free unit and the owners actually stayed in the condo right before you and are non smokers.

Great Location! Home Away from Home

This location met all of our needs. It is was perfectly located to many of Myrtle Beach attractions (i.e. Boardwalk) and only 7 minutes from the beach. Our main reason for the trip was the Ripken Experience and the condo was only 10 minutes away from the fields. In addition to being in a great location the condo was very spacious and close to the pool. We also enjoyed early mornings and late afternoons on the balcony. If we are ever back in Myrtle would definitely look to stay here again.

Breakdown

Kitchen-was clean. We didn’t realize that dry food could be left in the cabinets. Looks like a lot of random cups and stuff were left too. Dinning Room-clean Living Room-two dead water bugs found Couch pillows looked dirty. They should be replaced. Flower decorations and vents were pretty dusty. Master Bedroom-sheets looked dirty, but I guess they were clean. They had some type of decoration on them. They should be replaced with white linens. Carpet was clean and bathroom was clean. Full size bed was two twin mattress. Twin Beds- ceiling fan didn’t work, but there was a replacement in closet. Linens were blue. Definitely need white sheets. Carpet was clean. Empty deodorant and fabric sheets in laundry room. Washer and dryer worked fine. Full size bed-room was nice and clean. White sheets. Always a plus. Wifi-was pretty bad. Regular tv, we had to play with the remotes to get them to work properly.

We disagree with most of what you say. The stuff we do agree on, please contact us immediately so we have an opportunity to make things right. You failed to do so. Giving a small business 3 stars out of 5 for these ridiculous, insignificant things is devastating. All could be fixed with proper communication. I encourage you to be more professional if you ever choose to rent somewhere else. We have never gotten a 3 star review and the things you pointed out are trivial and small.

My family wanted a quick getaway to Myrtle Beach to relax. I went on VRBO for places to stay and came across this amazing property. The host was very responsive to all of the inquiries sent. The property is very spacious and well decorated. It has every amenity needed for a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Great quiet place to stay but close to everything!

We enjoyed this second floor property while in town for a dance convention at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. It was a 7 minute drive to the convention center. Clean and updated. The kitchen could use some updated items (ex. knives were dull and some broken, can opener not easy to use), but otherwise was comfortable and a great space. The furniture is well-maintained. We loved the ceiling fans in all the rooms. There is also a great public beach access only a 7 minute drive away. Thanks again!

Volleyball Tournament Weekend

My family and I stayed in this condo for my granddaughters volleyball tournament. This was a last minute booking and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to find somewhere to stay at the last minute. The condo was very much as it appeared in the pictures. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for the weekend stay. The whole process of renting the unit, talking with the host(email), getting into and checking out of the unit was a seamless process. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

Beautiful place!

Loved it close to the beach, the only thing I would say is if you have noisy neighbors above you , you will hear everything. We were on the second floor. But that has nothing to do with who we rented from it was just very hard to sleep at night.

Perfect for us

This property was in a great location and easy to find. The pictures were accurate. It was decorated nicely with subtle beach decor. We received instructions and the code to get in the door about a week before we were due to arrive. We would stay there again.
