Welcome to the “Im Sonnenhof” vacation apartment, a stylish and modern accommodation for two people in Flensburg's charming Roter Straße. Situated in one of the historic merchants' courtyards, this 55 m² two-room apartment on the 2nd floor offers the ideal retreat for anyone who wants to feel at home in the middle of the vibrant city life. Rote Straße is a delight with its quaint, owner-managed stores, cafés and restaurants and conveys the special flair of Flensburg's old town.

Comfort meets style: the apartment is furnished to a high standard and modern and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The cozy living room is equipped with a large smart TV, a hi-fi system and a small desk - ideal for getting some work done on vacation if required. We have nothing negative to say, so the following comments are just observations to help other gue..

We have nothing negative to say, so the following comments are just observations to help other guests and suggestions for the owners: 1. Flat is up 3 flights of stairs, with no lift; worth knowing if you are older and have heavy suitcases; but the stairs are wide and very safe. 2. The bedroom overlooks Rote Strasse with restaurants/ bars, so it can be noisy late at night if you have the bedroom window open; however we managed to sleep well, even my wife who is a poor sleeper, so not a big problem for us. 3. No private parking at property, but the Rote Strasse car park is only 50 meters away and very easy/ convenient to use, at cost of approx. 20 euro per day. 4. Most of the Velux windows do not have blinds, so windows in hall & kitchen got hot/ bright on our hottest day of 32 degrees - so we would recommend fitting of blinds to these windows; however with windows open, we had good airflow and flat remained relatively cool. 1. Hosts made big effort to provide early check-in after we experienced severe problems with a different property/ company. 2. We immediately felt at home in this property - it has a real feel good factor. 3. Felt spacious - plenty big enough for 2 people for extended stay. 4. Super well equipped (large fridge freezer, cooker/ oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. etc.). 5. Clean and in excellent condition. 6. Great location on Rote Strasse, right in middle of town & pedestrian area & market square.

Sehr schön ausgestattet und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Von hier lässt sich in Flensburg alles fußläufig in kürzester Zeit erreichen. Sein Fahrzeug kann man nur ein paar Meter entfernt in einem Parkhaus unterstellen. Es gab nichts, das einem nicht gefallen könnte
