While the owners do not always speak more than 1 or 2 languages, our international team is always available to help with communication. We are saddened to hear that some aspects of the property did not live up to your expectations. The description of the property and layout on the website is as accurate and detailed as possible. The displayed pictures are taken professionally, without editing, and with no wide angles to ensure they remain close to reality and avoid any confusion. The mattresses are quite recent, although it is true that it is hard to accommodate all our guests when it comes to this, as some will prefer a firm mattress while others like very soft ones. We are sorry it wasn't to your liking. As for the kitchen equipment, we are sorry to hear that you found it to be insufficient.
