Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $800 is required to cover any potential damages. If no damage is reported, the hold will be released after your departure.

No smoking indoors (including vaping). Violation fee: $250

Pets allowed (maximum 2). Cleaning fee: $100 per pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

Please respect the neighborhood after 10 PM.

All visitors must be approved in advance.

Please report any damages or breakages promptly to the property manager.

The host/property manager reserves the right to terminate the stay in case of non-compliance with the rules.
