Because it is a time share unit owned by an individual, the pricing is greatly below what you would see for the Cliff Lodge Hotel (which is in the same building) and often below that from other condo owners. Plus it is ski in, ski out, with all of Snowbird mountain before you, The Snowbird resort is a full service resort with its own mountain village that includes hotels, condos, restaurants, shops, nightlife, a grocery store, a drugstore, an emergency medical facility, a great ski school and world class skiing.
The resort features three exceptional restaurants and two inviting lounges, along with two outdoor pools with one an Olympic-sized lap pool. Additionally, it offers a 27,000-square-foot full-service spa equipped with saunas, steam rooms, and fitness facilities. Tennis courts, whirlpools, and Snowbirdâs premier ski slopes provide year-round activity, while summer guests enjoy hiking, biking, golf, and horseback riding. Convenience and comfort are prioritized with a 24-hour front desk concierge, mid-week light housekeeping, non-smoking rooms and public areas, public safety services, complimentary valet, and optional porter service. Guests also have access to The Cliff Spa and Fitness Center (for individuals aged 16 and older), which features exercise equipment, saunas, pools, and Jacuzzis, as well as on-site laundry facilities. This condo is part of the Cliff Club timseshares. There are two different floor plans for the Cliff Club - the Crest (the smaller floor plan) and the Pinnacle (the larger floor plan). This is a Pinnacle floor plan, and it has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a center living room, kitchen, dining room with a queen sofa bed. Both bedrooms have king beds and a queen sofa bed, so it can sleep 10 if fully occupied. Every room has mountain views. Since this unit is a timeshare, the dates are fixed and cannot be changed.
The kitchen is a full kitchen, with a range/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen equipment and an island with storage. Each of the three units that comprise the Pinnacle has a bathroom. Each bathroom has a relaxing bathtub to unwind after a day of adventure. The bathrooms also come equipped with a hair dryer, heat lamp and shower. Guests enjoy a comfortable environment with heating and air conditioning to suit any season. Each unit has a hot tub on the balcony of the middle kitchen/living room unit. This is the main balcony for the unit, although the bedrooms also have a balcony.
All of the Pinnacle units are mountain facing, so your view will be awesome! One of the bedrooms has a full size washer and dryer. For those who like to stay active, a fitness room is available just steps away. The skiing at Snowbird is world class and this condo is ski in, ski out, but with a ride on the elevator first to and from your unit. This unit is actually .1 mile from the nearest ski lift.
You will get free access to the Cliff Spa in the penthouse on the top. Also on the top is a large outdoor pool. There is another large outdoor pool on the ground level and this is the pool that kids are allowed to use. The spa on the top floor is a full service spa where you can reserve time for a massage or other treatments at your expense.
The views from the condo are not to be missed! They are spectacular mountain views! Snowbird's ski school is well-regarded and is sure to improve your technique, if you want. There are three restaurants in the building and other restaurants at Snowbird that are steps away. The excellent skiing at Alta is a 15 minute drive away and well worth the visit. The snow at Snowbird and Alta is some of the best powder snow in the world! A week at the Cliff is a great way to enjoy fantastic skiing with all the necessary conveniences steps away.
