🚭 Smoking & Vaping:
Smoking and vaping, including e-cigarettes, are strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed only outdoors with doors closed, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. The use of drugs is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property.

🎶 Music & Noise:
Parties and events are not permitted. Please keep music and noise at a respectful level at all times to ensure consideration for our neighbors and the community.

🤫 Quiet Hours:
Our home is located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are responsible for any fines if authorities are called for noise violations.

🐾 Pets:
Only Dogs are allowed with prior approval. We welcome up to 2 dogs per stay with a $200 pet fee.

-Pets must be fully house-trained.
-Guests must clean up after pets; a $250 fee applies if this is violated.
-Pets should be crated indoors when no one is home.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture, bedding, or in the swimming pool and hot tub.

-Late check-out without approval will incur a $50 fee per 30 minutes, plus additional charges if it impacts cleaning schedule and incoming guests.

🏠 Use of Property:
Please treat the property, furnishings, and appliances with care. Guests may not make structural or permanent changes and must return moved furniture to its original placement.

🎂 Minimum Age Requirement:
Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years or older. The guest who books must be present for the full duration of the stay.

🚗 Parking:
Parking is limited to 5-6 vehicles in the driveway. Parking on the street is not permitted. Illegally parked cars may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

♨️ Hot Tub:
Glass items are not permitted in or around the hot tub. Please avoid wearing lotion, oil, sunscreen, or sunblock while using it. Although the tub is cleaned regularly, occasional debris or mineral stains may be present due to its outdoor setting. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk, including the risk of injury or death, and agree to hold the property owners harmless.

🏊 Pool: Please note that swimming is at your own risk. No jumping or diving is allowed, and children must be supervised at all times. Some areas are up to 5 feet deep. Pool floats are not provided as part of the home’s amenities. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own for use during their stay.

🧹 Housekeeping:
Daily housekeeping is not provided. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay.

🗑️ Garbage & Recycling:
-Garbage is collected every TUESDAYS (except holidays)

🥩 Gas Grill & Fire Pit:
A grill and propane tank are provided. Please make sure to empty the grease tray and fully turn off the gas after each use.
