Lovely well equipped villa with beautiful mountain views. Lots of outdoor space and various areas to sit and relax. We were a group of 9 and it didn’t feel cramped at all. Easy access (by car) to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and lots of beautiful beaches also within easy driving distance. Communication from the hosts was excellent.

Wonderful week at this Villa. It had everything we could have wanted to make it a fantastic stay - lovely pool and surroundings, plenty of seating areas to enjoy in sun or shade. It is just a short walk from the old town with shops, bars and restaurants and 10 minute drive from the beach. We will be back.

Great villa for a friends getaway

We loved staying in this villa and would really recommend it. It is a bit of a walk to the old town (around 20 minutes) but taxis are reliable in the area. Would definitely return!! Great communication with the host and it is a lively property for the price you're paying

Excellent Villa, great communication and well equipped

Pros: Pool was great, beds really comfy, great to have the two separate sleeping areas when travelling with another family. The kitchen was really well stocked. Lovely welcome gift left by owner. Cons: Unfortunately the weather for last 3 days due to storm passing through but this was nothing that would have been helped by the owners!

A fantastic stay which we did not want to end

Pros: The check in was easy. Everything was ready for our arrival. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you could want. It was clean and within easy reach of Pollença and Puerto Pollença. We felt very at home which led to a completely stress free holiday. Great having a large garden for the grandchildren to play in with the pool close to the house with plenty of seating both in the sun and shade. We particularly liked having the casita separate to the main house giving everybody plenty of privacy. Cons: We enjoyed everything connected with the house and couldn’t fault this aspect. The mosquitoes were slightly annoying but did not detract from the stay.

Schöne Villa mit Pool

Pros: Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, gute Ausstattung im Haus, toller Pool und Terrasse. Cons: Leider hatte ich starke Allergiesymptome (wahrscheinlich gegen das Moskitospray oder Staub oder Schimmel) und die viele Mücken waren eine Qual.

Pros: Das Haus hat eine tollen Garten, wo die Kinder ausgiebig spielen konnten. Der Pool ist sehr groß. Es gab Kinderspielzeug und einen Gasgrill. Die Lage ist schön. Bis nach Pollenca sind es 20 Minuten zu fuß. Cons: Die Austattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Spülmaschine hat die Sachen gar nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht. Im Badezimmer im Obergeschoss( Doppelzimmer) hat die Duschkabine geschimmelt und die Decke. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Türen knallen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft auf einem tollen Gelände mit Pool. Anreise erfolgt über nur für kleine Autos geeignete enge Zufahrt.Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Sehr gute Pflege durch einen netten „Housekeeper“ mit regelmäßiger Gartenpflege und Poolpflege.Für 10 Personen geeignet, dafür aber leider zu wenig Kochgeschirr in Form von größeren Töpfen. Ansonsten ist die Küche gut ausgestattet.Holzkohlegrill und Brotbackofen in einer schönen Außenküche zusätzlich vorhanden. Der vorhandene Gasgrill ist nutzbar, jedoch teilweise defekt.Leider gibt es auch kleine Probleme wie viele Mücken oder Geruchsbelästigungen in Badezimmern.Very beautiful accommodation on a great property with a pool. Arrival is via a narrow driveway suitable only for small cars.Furnishings and cleanliness are very good. Excellent maintenance by a friendly “housekeeper” with regular garden and pool care.Suitable for 10 people, but unfortunately there are too few large pots and pans for cooking. Otherwise, the kitchen is well equipped.A charcoal grill and bread oven are also available in a lovely outdoor kitchen. The gas grill can be used, but is partly defective.Unfortunately, there are also some minor issues, such as many mosquitoes or unpleasant odors in the bathrooms.

Pros: De bedden en het zwembad en de airco Cons: We hadden allemaal last van de muggen. Dit hadden we graag van te voren geweten. Zeker met een klein kindje bij ons.

Fantastic break with 9 friends

The villa was lovely good mixture of rustic and modern. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace for food and drinks. Made use of the BBQ one night and ate out locally all excellent the other nights. The pool was lovely really good size and just the right temperature. We enjoyed using the floats left for guests. The kitchen was well equipped and good to see teabags, oil, sauces and spices plus other bits and bobs to use. We asked for breakfast supplies to be left as we were arriving late. Great communication. Would definitely book again. Thank you
