Villa rurale située à 4 km de la plage, dans la périphérie de Pollensa. Cette grande villa spacieuse est située dans le quartier résidentiel de La Font, à proximité de la route à Puerto Pollensa. hébergement spacieux et confortable sur deux niveaux. terrasses ouvertes et couvertes, barbecue, sauna et jacuzzi.
Rez de chaussée: salon / salle à manger avec cheminée et portes à la terrasse avant, qui se prolonge sur toute la longueur de la villa. Cuisine avec sortie sur terrasse, 1 chambre double avec salle de douche attenante.
Premier étage: 2 chambres doubles, 2 chambres doubles, deux de ces chambres ont des portes donnant sur la terrasse de côté, 2 salles de bains. À côté de la piscine et le jacuzzi il y a une autre salle de bains et un sauna.
Villa est situé à moins d'un kilomètre du centre-ville. Nice 10 minutes à pied de la villa à la ville de Pollença.

A lovely property in a fantastic area with a very welcoming host who met us on arrival to the property. The pool and outside bar is fantastic.Couldn't be more convinently placed for a walk into Pollenca or a short drive to the beach. Highly recommended, thanks for our fabulous stay.

Lovely villa

Lovely relaxing villa in a quiet area. About 15 mins walk to supermarket and 20 into Pollensa town. Easy bus route into Puerto Pollensa. Pool area very nice and hot tub an added luxury. Everything needed was in the villa for a comfortable holiday.

Excellent holiday

The villa is situated in a perfect location, with easy walking distance to Pollenca which has a lot to offer, parking for cars, and a rural area. We all had a relaxing time enjoying the pool and spa facilities and the scenery surrounding the area. We fell in love with Pollenca and the island which we explored with the use of a hire car. If you want a get away villa within easy access to all amenities - this is the one

Lovely familyvacation

We loved the stay and spent most of our time in the outside area, a wonderful spot. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The doublebeds was more kingsized. The stroll down to citycenter was very nice and Pollença a genuin Spanish town. We loved to sit there for a coffee or a meal.

Third stay at this villa

This is our third stay at the villa, the location and outdoor space are why we keep returning. Paco is a very good host, and we did have an issue with the pool (caused by the weather), but within 5 minutes of messaging Paco he was there and started to work on the problem. We walked into La Trencadora restaurant and it's highly recommended, the food and attmosphere is first class.

Great villa in fantastic area.

From the minute we arrived Paco, the owner, was superb as was his wife who baked a cake for my 70th birthday. Villa was clean and tidy for my family of 10. Pool and jacuzzi perfect. Couldn't recommend Paco and his villa and family any higher. Try it.

A rustic, relaxing holiday home

We enjoyed our time staying in Paco’s lovely Villa. Paco was very good and helping us all settle in and enjoy the island, giving us good beach recommendations and local information. We loved the pool area and outside dining areas. The house itself is rustic and traditional in style. We think the beds need to be replaced and updated. A very happy week nevertheless and we would recommend this villas as lovely place for a family summer holiday near to stunning Pollenca.

Fantastic holiday

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa. It was just as described and shown in the pictures. It was very clean and tidy and the highlight was the outside pool area. The kitchen was well equipped and the villa had everything we needed for a super fortnight. It is in a great location, a 15 minute walk into the old town and was in a lovely area. Paco and his wife were great hosts, welcoming us and being on hand if we needed anything. They kindly left us a load of tomatoes grown in their garden which were delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to return.

Wonderful villa

We had a fabulous holiday with our teenage sons and parents. The villa was perfect and in a wonderful location. We spent a lot of time in the pool and jacuzzi. We visited Pollença for some lovely meals and it is possible to walk there in about 20 minutes. The villa is very well equipped with everything you can possibly need. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome overnight as it was very hot when we visited. Paco met us when we arrived and told us he was always available if we needed anything (which we didn’t). We had relaxing holiday and would love to return to the villa again in the future. Highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect for our Family

This is a wonderful proprrty, with all the amenities you could wish for. The pool area and buildings are stunning, with everything catered for including a poolside fridge for drinks. The pool is deep making it great for swimming. The gardens are big making for a private property. Whilst we spent most time outside, in the middle of summer it was nice to have air conditioing in the bedrooms at night. Location is only a 15min walk from a historic town, with lots of open air restaurents. The beach is 4 miles away, where Port de Pollenca has an attractive promenade and uncrowded long beach. The host Paco is charming, welcoming and available to help. Thank you, great holiday.

Great property in good position

This was a family holiday for 9 of us, adults, 2 17yr olds and a 4 year old. The property was just as listed, a lovely old building with excellent facilities. The kitchen had more equipment and crockery etc than any property we have visited. The original building walls are 2 feet thick making it cool inside. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was efficient and welcome. Paco was an excellent host, always available should any problem arise. The pool and pool house were excellent with enough sun loungers for us all. Pollenca was a 15 minute walk away, we visited quite a few times. We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property.

Family holiday

The property was just as described. Paco, the owner, could not have been more helpful at check and insisted in showing and explaining all the facilities. He checked with us part way through to make sure all was well. All the family (aged 6 years through to 78 years) had an enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing week. Although we found that it was a bit far for the wheelchair user to push to town the rest found it to be an easy walk. The only niggle was that the downstairs shower (not the bathroom itself) was not accessible for the wheelchair user although this was overcome by making a screen with sunbeds at the outdoor shower by the pool (rather invigorating first thing but the water warmed up during the day!). Would highly recommend this property for families. Thank you Paco for providing a well presented and well equipped villa.

Very nice house and pool

Our family of 9 had a amazing time here. The house was clean and overall very tidy. The Pool aswell as the house was cleaned once again and all towels were switched about 7 days after we arrived. We've stayed for a total of 14 days. We especially enjoyed the long table right in front of the main house where we've had breakfast every single day and the bar area directly at the pool. We've had many joyful and memorable evenings/nights there. We brought a cocktailshaker to the bar which we can definitly recommend! The pool itself was a little bit cold but that didn't bother us at all due to it being a very welcome refresh from the high temperatures. The sauna was very easy to operate. There are more than enough loungers and chairs. It's only a short 10minute walk to the citycenter and an 12minute drive to port pollenca. There is a very nice restaurant in walking distane as well (5-8 minutes). The neighbourhood is very private and quite. Summing up I can say that we've had blast and can't wait to come back soon - hopefully next year. The owners are very welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend!

Super séjour à Pollenca!

La maison de Paco est propre, pratique, bien aménagéé pour un grand groupe. L'extérieur est beau, la piscine agréable avec toutes les commodités. Paco est très accueillant la communication est fluide et il a été disponible pour nous durant le séjour. Merci Paco! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Schöne finca auf dem Land

Wir, 2 Familien mit Kindern, haben 5 wunderschönen Tagen auf die finca von Paco gebracht,Die Kommunikation mit Paco war sehr angenehm,er ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die finca hat einen sehr grossen Garten mit Pool und jacuzzi perfekt für Kinder und Erwachsene!

Heerlijke vakantievilla!

We hebben heel erg genoten. Alles was aanwezig. Keuken zeer compleet en hebben dus vaak gezellig thuis gegeten terwijl de kids in het zwembad speelde. Goede ligging: 15 minuutjes lopen naar centrum Pollenca 2 min rijden naar de supermarkt, 15 min naar Port (strand) Enige wat ik anders had verwacht was het gras in de tuin. Dit is niet iets waar de kids fijn op kunnen spelen. Anti muggen spray is wel een must voor de periode dat wij gingen (half oktober) want vooral eind van de middag werden we lek geprikt. Alles bij elkaar heel erg genoten van de Villa en Mallorca!
