Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all property amenities, including the outdoor pool, laundry room, and convenient beach access. Guests will receive all details for their stay 3 days before check-in.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the second floor.

*Outdoor pool is open Spring to Fall

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Keurig coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.



Carolina Palm Vacations Policies

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Enjoy endless options of hundreds of restaurants within a few minutes drive, along with nearby attractions such as Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, House of Blues, Lazer Tag, Mini Golf, the Apache Pier, golf courses, and even Tanger Outlets!  The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel, and Broadway at the Beach are just a quick ride to your south, while Barefoot Landing with all of its shops and Alligator Adventure are just to your north.



Our home is located at A Place at the Beach V on famous Shore Drive.  When you're ready for some sun, our convenient beach access is just across the street.  Take a stroll next door to Ocean Annie`s for some live music and River City Cafe on the oceanfront, with the best burgers in town!



Coupled with an amazing location is our wonderful home.  Stay connected with your favorite shows on our flat screen TVs, and enjoy free Wi-Fi!



Getting Around:

Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
