Recently renovated, ocean view condo. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is located on the ocean on Shore Drive. Condo can comfortably accommodate 6 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom.

Unit features updated LVP flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts of home including a washer & dryer in unit, TV's in all bedroom and the living room, free parking & free Wi-Fi.

Pelicans Landing is located in the Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, bbq area, playground and elevator. The complex is close to The Apache Pier, Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and so much more.

The condo was fantastic and had everything that you need to get started and everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable and facility was nice. Pool and grounds were clean and it’s a nice view and close to the beach. Great location for food and activities. They do pest spraying and the only negative thing was that the spraying was due the week after we were there and we had several “June bugs” (big ones) on our last two days.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The process of checking in is definitely old school. When we arrived it was raining and late, the door code did not work and I had to call the emergency line. The next morning I had to drive to the office and finish our "check in" which was just signing papers which could have been done via e-docusign. The place was clean and stocked but the floors did feel sticky and dirty and could have been better. Other wise no complaints

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is like a "home away from home." Very clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable. The description is very accurate. Has everything you need. We enjoyed all the great restaurants in the area... to name a few... Sea Captains House... Cantina Imperfecto...Joes Bar and Grill and Filets.Also... if you like shopping you are at the right place. Tanger Outlets is within a few miles. Belk shopping mall also close by. The property manager provided great service. There was a hair drying missing and they brought me a new one within a short amount of time. Also several attractions to see.... Broadway at the Beach, Murrells Inlet, and several more. No shortage of minature golf either. Great courses !We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice and clean place. Also... there is an elevator.

Great for beach location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The microwave blew on day 2 in the middle of making dinner. The dishwasher did NOT get the dishes clean. The dishes had to be clean when you put them in. The garbage disposal sounded like there were rocks in it. We called on these and nothing was fixed while we were there. They did bring us a baby microwave that the plates did not fit. The shower in the master bath is just a trickle of water, and the sink was clogged when we got there. Didn’t even bother to call since the others were not fixed.There could be better instructions for using the TV. It is also the first Condo that we have stayed at where there were no books or board games for the question to use should it rain. We go to Rehoboth every year, wanted to try something new, but will be going back to Rehoboth next year.
